Just got back and I've wet my trousers. God that was awful, but depressingly familiar. We are never going to score at home with a formation and tactics like that. Why change it with only 20 minutes left? It's time to get rid of this clown in charge (you choose which one) and get in someone who understands the mentality of this club.

But it's not just the last two games, is it? We only have one home league in 7 so far this season so maybe our playing style is best suited to away games. Unfortunately we are not playing well at home and until this issue is resolved we will not be getting the bums on seats that the club needs.

Weren't we 3-0 down at home to Liverpool once at the Dell and came back to draw?

I've revised my estimate. I now think that we will get a minimum of 4 points.

I was screaming at the bench because it was a stupid thing to do at that stage of the game. We were 3 mins 10 secs into stoppage time and the referee could quite easily have blown for time straight away. The chap in front of me pointed out that Surman could hardly walk, but in my book it still goes down as the wrong thing to do because it broke up our momentum.

That was a lot less tonight than the last 'lowest ever'.

It is never considered a good idea for the chairman to go into the changing room. Besides, if you believe that you have chosen a good manager then you should stand back and let him manage.

2 points lost in my opinion. We lack quality in too many areas. Euell, Skacel, Surman, Cork were all good but Thomson was ineffective, especially first half. Too many balls just hoofed out of defence and it is so boring playing with just one up front. And it was freezing especially with so many empty seats - there's no-one to act as a windbreak. Can we please have a manager with at least a bit of ambition, especially at home.

Was it a 2-game ban then? Or was he dropped for last Saturday?

Have you seen any games? So losing 3-0 or 4-1 isn't being 'outplayed' ????

Well done, Cambsaint, you have summed up my feelings and those of many others most succintly.

Look Sundance, like many others I have put my money into backing this club by buying a couple of season tickets and yet my reward for my support is to witness the most crass, incompetent, egocentric management that it has been my misfortune to experience. Can you blame any of us if we are all getting more disillusioned by the week?

I'll be there of course, although I'm not looking forward to it. I have two season tickets and one will probably be empty, as usual.

I have just watched the goals again and James is sertainly not a full back. He is sideways on to his man all the time and has absolutely no pace. Do we have to stick with him all season?

I vote for 'a' because most of the others had some grain of sense in them, apart from perhaps 'b'.

Immediatley on relegation, it went something like: The club will survive - all the players have clauses in their contracts that halve their pay (or words to that effect)

With one or two exceptions it has been like this for some time now. It makes me so mad, and that's not what I go to games for.

Pekhart got bags of goals for Spurs' reserves last season. You're right, though, this formation stinks.

Derry, I totally agree with you. He is not hungry enough. Maybe it's because he now has a 4-year contract.

Being realistic the best that I can see is a draw against Coventry, so 1 point if we're lucky, and that will be from a 0-0 draw.

I can't see us scoring either so the best that we can hope for in any game now is to keep a clean sheet and hope that by some fluke we can nick something at the other end. I am expecting 0-2, 1-3 at best.
