  1. Fair enough. I’ve been away a lot and missed quite a few games this season. So he is still chasing rabbits then.
  2. Get over it. Just one incident in hundreds. Worry more about all the scuffed chances, feeble headers and shots blasted over the bar. Decisions over penalties given or not given for or against would be just as significant and there have been a lot more of those. It’s called football.
  3. That could just as easily have gone in off his unmarked head. No point worrying about one incident in a season that’s full of them.
  4. Exactly this. He has improved. Last season he went chasing after everything instead of sticking to his man. Now he tries to hang on to him but still gets beaten.
  5. For a moment I read that as “grow a pair”
  6. Then he needs to wise up a lot. There are ways to block a run which, whilst not actually illegal, are pushing the laws a stretch. Grabbing hold of a shirt is likely to concede a penalty.
  7. But only for an infinitesimally short period of time. So short that it can be ignored.

  10. But the football under him was worse than awful. Extremely painful to have to sit through.
  11. My personal opinion, of course, and their records for us as managers.

  13. 2 seconds to decide to fire him. A lot longer to decide on a replacement.
  14. I believe he says the same about you.
  15. It’s a basic principle. ‘Shoot hard and low on sight of goal’. Kelvin as manager? No thanks. It would be a massive gamble and we’ve had too many of those recently.
  16. Puel is nowhere near the level of Pochettino. Koeman even.
  17. I’ve been in South America and the Falklands in the last couple of weeks and I have seen some moving memorials in Ushuaia and Buenos Aires to those Argentinians who lost their lives in this conflict. Whatever the rights and wrongs we can feel sympathy for those who were thrust into the situation.
  18. There are similarities to Branfoot. A clueless approach to the game and regularly leaving your best players on the bench. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  19. Yup. He has no concept of all-out English football. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  20. After 10 games. That was long enough to see that we were going in the wrong direction. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  21. If he resigns he won't get a big payoff. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
  22. That’s all that Pellegrino cares about. Control the game first and then hope to win. He said as much in an earlier interview.
  23. That's a depressing thought. And a serious possibility. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
