Midfield / forward shape - not working, change it back!

Targett was a lot better last night but one attempted cross was driven straight into the Northam and the other was cut back to the edge of the penalty area where none of our players were expecting it to go. -

I've just looked again at all angles and pause-motion and both hands are on the no. 8's shoulders. Caulker's left hand is actually over the defender's left shoulder and he grabs the front of his shirt and pulls his shoulder back. Unfortunately the ref had a good view of it. We really must practise these set-pieces and if Caulker is going to do this sort of thing then we need somebody to block the referee's line of sight. -

Are you sure about Caulker. From what I saw he had both hands pushing down on the defender's shoulders. I'll have another look later this evening. -

Ticket prices are lower as well. -
It's in the Greater London Urban Area and inside the M25. It's in London as far as the rest of the world is concerned.

Think of your old age. No one else will.

Nowhere near long enough. It takes ten minutes to adapt to the pace of the pitch.

Caulker seems to have been playing for too long in poor teams. Too many panicky clearances. He should improve with more experience in our way of playing. -

Caulker was climbing. Both hands on the defender's shoulders. I'm just watching the recording now. It was Jose's sloppy diving header that sets up Tim Sparv for his goal. -

A lot of the 'fans' around me were obvious newcomers or at least irregulars. Many didn't seem to know where to go or even where the toilets were. The couple next to me spent most of the game playing with their phones. Why? -

Is that a Greek exit?

He only said they took a box home, nothing about anything being in it. Empty boxes can come in handy sometimes. -
It looks like your Apple account has changed for some reason. You can go onto the apple site on a browser on a PC and verify your account details. Has your credit card expired or been changed recently?

If you can ever be bothered to get round to doing it

It depends how much beer they drink beforehand.

The travelator is carrying you forward against air resistance but as long as your feet are on the moving belt your speed will be the same. If you were to jump vertically then for the short time that you are off the floor you will slow down very slightly due to air resistance and land very slightly behind your original position. Such behaviour is probably against saftey rules. Now try this one: A lorry is carrying a load of chickens (or budgies or any bird with wings) in wire cages and approaching a weak bridge. If the birds are alarmed an flapping their wings will it reduce the load on the lorry's axles?

In a closed train you'd land in the same place. You and the train and the air inside it are all going at the same speed so there's no relative difference. If you were on a flatbed open-topped rail wagon with the relative wind in your face then you'd end up further back and might even fall on the track behind.
