I don't think so but I'm not sure, if that helps We're not in the group stages yet, once that happens then players can get cup-tied.

Sometimes these illnesses can be deceptive, especially if it's a virus. You might feel ok but the muscles aren't up to full effectiveness and your brain is not as sharp. Was he also affected for the Newcastle game? He wasn't quite on the ball in that one either. -

The difference is that Everton didn't score any goals for us this year. -

I very much doubt that Turkish was making a serious suggestion. -

We certainly leave our soft belly exposed to counterpunches but what doesn't help is losing possession cheaply. Targett's bad pass for Newcastle's second and Maya getting his pocket picked yesterday were easily avoidable. On top of that we are not set up properly in case we do lose the ball and seem to get surprised by the counter-attack. -

A clean sheet is paramount. -
If Chelsea had been 1-0 up then his players would have been going down at every opportunity.

We could do with extra cover and experience in the left back position but Cole will be 35 in December. If he were cheap to run then he might well be worth considering but might well be considered over the hill.

My thoughts precisely. I wonder who it was all aimed at.
-
If he were still any good Swansea would still play him.

Yes, I thought they were strangely subdued, especially in the first half where it was obvious that our shape was wrong. There was no point in waiting until half time when we were two goals down.

Maybe, maybe not. The relevant section is article 42 'Player lists'. It appears that there is a limit of 25 players on List A so depending on who is on the list that we have submitted we may be able to add another. There are requirements for a minimum number of locally trained players and all sorts of others sh!t. You are welcome to try to make sense of this: http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/Regulations/uefaorg/Regulations/02/23/69/59/2236959_DOWNLOAD.pdf

Left midfield was empty for the first half and whether Long was supposed to be there or somebody else nobody on the field nor on the touchline seemed to be doing anything about it. In situations like these you would normally expect the manager to make some rearrangements. Where was Ron today, I couldn't see him anywhere from my seat? -

I'm more worried about the Targett-sized hole on the left of our defence. He could have had better cover from midfield and for that we need to look to the management but he was clearly out of his depth and to pull out of challenges and just back off from players is unforgivable. When is Bertrand back? Certainly no need to panic yet, it's going to take ten games or so to get a solid defence sorted. -
That many? It was a dull game.

Too true. I was pleased to contribute but have never actually seen it.

You haven't mentioned 'Den Gamle By' museum. For those interested in Danish history and culture it is well worth a visit. Personally, I'm looking forward to an evening in Copenhagen and hope to have a chance to visit Tivoli. The train ride to Herning is also an attraction for me, I've driven all over Denmark and would like to see it with someone else doing the driving. There was also more choice of flights to Copenhagen especially from Gatwick which is the right side of London for me. Whichever, I'm sure we shall all have a great time

Europa League. We've already won the FA Cup.
