  1. Can't show off your Stone Island jackets otherwise...
  2. Newcastle beating Spurs by the way...just to reiterate.
  3. Agree with this. Just out of interest, how much have we spent this season compared to teams like Huddersfield and Brighton?
  4. Just had to get in before Alps did... COYS, let's do it this year.
  5. Very happy, good stuff. "Nigel and Nic, red and white."
  6. Probably will be locked.
  7. Peter Madsen
  8. I went to B&Q on the weekend, and an old bloke in an orange shirt came up to me and asked if I wanted decking. Luckily I got the first punch in.
  9. Lake Garde in Italy. Got a theme park there, loads if sites for the Sun caravan thing and the weather will be stunning. Fly to Milan and hire a car (cheap).
  10. I doubt he will get a custodial, just because ABH doesn't usually result in one. To be fair, we don't know what he did, and if he did as was rumoured, he would have likely been charged with GBH. CPS charging standards The Crown Prosecution Service service has said that, by way of example, it considers the following injuries to be actual bodily harm and to be sufficiently serious that they could not be adequately reflected by a charge of common assault and ought normally to be prosecuted under section 47: The loss or breaking of a tooth or teeth Temporary loss of sensory function, including loss of consciousness Extensive or multiple bruising A displaced broken nose Minor fractures of bones Minor (but not superficial) cuts requiring medical treatment A recognised psychiatric disorder Causing any of these injuries (by assault or battery) would constitute the actus reus of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
  11. Got money on 4-0 and 5-0. Don't mind which.
  12. To be fair, I don't think Alpine expects people to accept his opinion. If they did it wouldn't be much fun for him.
  13. Exactly, ABH is, effectively, nothing. So either the reports are false, or he has been charged incorrectly. If you pushed someone over and he grazed himself and the police decided to act then that would be ABH (broken skin).
  14. I've got to say, thinking about what happened and the charge, it doesn't make sense. ABH is generally used for bruising, small cuts etc. By all accounts Barnard smashed the **** out of this guy. I am guessing that part of the fight was seen as self defence because there is no doubt in my mind that this is a GBH case (by injury). I would confirm this but my Criminal Law books are in the garage in boxes and I really can't be arsed to get them out.
  15. ABH, awesome, minimal prison (if any) for him then...
  16. The kit could be red and white lumps.
  17. RL: ...and then he said that if we keep playing like this he may start to believe. GDP: Alpine said what??
  18. He also said, 'Barcelona, watch out', and 'If they were in the Champions League, you'd have to bet on them winning it'. Take everything he says with a pinch of salt, and enjoy the fact that he is funny.

  20. I have ****ing loved being a Saints fan for the last 2 years. The attacking football, the goals, the wins. I've bloody loved it. More of the same please guys!!!
  21. Not being clever, just the best comparison to last season...
  22. Yeah, exactly... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/8295508.stm
