Well the results might have been the other way round from what we might have expected, but I reckon every one of us on this forum would have been happy with 4 points from Leeds at home and Leicester away.
-
Think he's just trying to fit in with the locals in Boscombe.
-
Absolute beast. Enjoy him while we can I guess.
-
He had a minor knock and didn't have a full week of training, so wouldn't have played 90 mins anyway. Seems like RH actually made the right decision to use him as an impact sub rather than start him.
-
Great result, and actually well deserved in the end. Apart from the goal, Leicester didn't really trouble Bazunu.
-
Oh Che! So close to a hattrick!
-
6 mins added on!? Time to get the nuns out I think!

HT. Not great, but not truly terrible. At least we look more organised in defence and haven't been carved open, but I'm still concerned about Djenepo at LB. If we don't have a fit LB available and have to play someone out of position, surely we can find someone with better defensive abilities than him, can't we? Dunno what's going on with our forward play though. So many loose passes and cheap giveaways. I would swap Ely for Stu for 2nd half, as he will actually try and run at them instead of just giving it back to them.

Lucky boy Lavia!

So many loose passes from us today.
-
Nice finish from Mara. Shame it didn't count.
-
It's like we are actually trying to give the ball back to Leicester every time we win it FFS.

Pretty sure that was the case, as he certainly fits that profile, but he badly needs to improve the defensive side of his game. He's still very young though. Definitely has the potential to be our left sided version of KWP.
-
And yet our best run of form last season was when he was playing there regularly.
-
Yes, I imagine they would be a much more dangerous side if they could play two Amarteys!

Get with the times man! Anyone got a drone camera?

Some people will grab any stick they can to beat Ralph with. Despite what difficulties they may be in right now (not made any signings and likely to lose Fofana imminently), there is simply no disputing that Leicester have been on a different level from us in recent seasons. Ralph is just pointing out that we are the underdog in this match, because it's true. I have no problem with that because we often tend to play better when we are expected to lose.
-
He's obviously suffered a setback then because he was fit enough to play from the bench against Spurs. Hope it's not too bad, but even if he recovers quickly he's had little to no pre-season. We def need to bring in another FB as cover.
-
Yeah most likely. Shame as he's been a great servant for us but I think his best days are behind him. Our collapse last season coincided with his form massively dipping. He doesn't have the legs anymore to play a 38 game season at the intensity required. He'd be great to keep around but at this stage, with 1 year left on his contract and the chance to go and play in his home region of Spain, it makes sense for all parties. I wish him all the best.

The transfer fee is entirely dependent on appearances, so as long as he doesn't start any more games they won't have to pay Spurs a penny. I expect he's on high wages though.
-
Yeah, how dare they give such a large platform to that raving leftie socialist Liz Cheney!
-
I was going off the video. It *could* be construed as serious foul play (or even violent conduct) because he knew he had been beaten to the ball so he deliberately tried to trip and possibly injure the player instead. I agree a yellow was probably about right, but equally he could have no complaints if he had got a red.

Did you not read the date of MLG's post? 😉
