KWP, Perraud and Tino all on now. Will be interesting to see what that does to our shape.
-
Stu not got his shooting boots on today.
-
That would have been a goal if McCarthy was playing.
-
He literally threw a punch at him. Whether he connected or not is irrelevant - it's violent conduct and he should be off.
-
Beauty. Inch perfect from Che.
-
Stephens on for Bednarek. Surely that's not tactical. Injury? At least Jack gets to renew his friendship with Fernandes.
-
Hoddle just mentioned it.
-
I'm actually surprised at the number of fouls the ref has given in our favour. Quite unusual for OT.
-
I'm still blaming you for it not being 0-0 though 😉
-
We're not out of this by any means.
-
How is that their throw FFS?
-
Perraud is gonna get one soon. Just needed to hit that a bit harder.
-
We've nullified them since their goal.
-
I think that answers my question.
-
Nice move but would have to have been spectacular to score from that.
-
Was Ely staying down for treatment tactical perhaps?
-
Surely McTominay should get a yellow for persistent fouling? Oh he did.
-
The pro-Utd bias from these commentators is nauseating.
-
It's like the pundits wrote the script for that with their talk about Sancho pre-match. I was literally just about to post about it being still 0-0 so an improvement on last year already. Balls.
-
Phew. Well done Perraud!
-
Utd time wasting already.
-
He had an ankle knock on Wednesday so I expect he's still unavailable.

According to Turkish, anyone who thinks that Johnson staying in post in the short term is good because it lessens the chances of the Tories winning the next GE don't actually have the best interests of the UK at heart. Presumably he will be applying the same logic to all the Brexit cheerleaders who insisted that any short term hardships as a result of leaving the EU will ultimately be worth it in 30 years time.

I remember watching him away at Sheff Utd in his first season, and he was really unlucky to see a brilliant header well saved and a superb half-volley rattle the far post. But he led the line superbly that day. Took him a fair while for him to really find his confidence, and more than a few on here questioned his ability to deliver at this level, but it was obvious from that performance that there was a quality player in there. It pleases me no end to see how he has grown into his role and how much he offers the team now. Obviously they are very different players, but I'm really hoping that Arma can now follow his example and step up as he has.

The Minsk Memorial Thread (and continuation of his work)
Sheaf Saint replied to Minsk's topic in The Saints
He's not been online here for over a week now. Doesn't bode well given his last couple of posts 😢
