I think you're right. Especially when you have refs that are used to reffing in the PL where they know they have VAR as a backup, it's like they forget when they are reffing in games without VAR that it isn't there, and forget that they actually have to make decisions on their own. The good news is they've lost two players to injury so far - Kyle Bartley and Daryl Dike. The downside of that is we now have 8 mins of stoppage time.

Those bench options mean we can rotate out the wingers twice and still have enough attacking quality on the pitch to tear them a new one.

Arma's goal at Rotherham was a peach, from inch-perfect ball forward from THB to the backheel from Wee Man to tee him up. Just a shame the keeper got a touch, which stopped it from being a 'clean' finish. But that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the move.
