I was in despair when I watched Golden Brown on the news yesterday trying to distance himself from the whole Lloyds/HBOS affair. It was his govt initiative that recommended the takeover last year and he and Alistair "eyebrowman" Darling were happy to take the credit for a successful deal at the time. I also thought he had the look of a cornered animal when he was being questioned by MPs about the banking crisis, and he just used the age-old politician's trick of not actually answering questions directly and instead started bleating on about how his initiatives to revive the economy are being copied by numerous other countries so they must therefore be correct and fantastic. I have absolutely no faith in the ability of existing shower of ***ts inhabiting whitehall to get us out of this mess. What is even more scary though is that come election time, the good people of this country are probably going to vote in David Cameron on the grounds that he can't possibly be worse then Golden Brown. In the mean time, the industry that I worked in for 8 years and have loads of certificates for is on its knees and it has taken me the best part of 6 months to finally fix myself up with a crap 3-month contract agency job that I don't want to do and pays sh1t money, but it is actually all that is available and it means that, for a while at least, I don't have to visit that skanky sh1thole they call the job centre to sign on.

Not exactlr rocket science is it. So why is Lowe the ONLY chairman in the entire football league who can't see that? Oh of course, it's because he openly admitted he know **** all about football when he took over the club, and 12 years later he still doesn't have the slightest clue. Really not surprising, but just as sickening. 5 mins left and chasing the game, and our genius manager takes off the only player in our entire squad who knows where the goal is. He is just as inept and clueless as the clown that he replaced. I am 100% certain that we will be relegated now. We don't even seem remotely capable of scoring, let alone actually winning. I can't wait to hear Wotte's excuses. See you at Yeovil next season guys.

In fairness, that is what was originally posted. I'm not assuming anything. True, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that there was more to it than that, but I'm just curious where people get the idea that he was hurling abuse at them as nowhere has that been claimed as yet.

An awful lot of people here seem to be working on the assumption that the guy who was assaluted was 'screaming abuse' at the two players. Yet the claim seems to be that he was collecting a takeaway and asked them when they were going to start doing the business. That doesn't constitute 'screaming abuse' in my book - if anything it's a fair question. They haven't exactly set the world alight with their prolific scoring antics this season, and when they are doing such a high-profile job very badly, they should be well aware that they are likely to face questions from those who effectively pay their over-inflated wages.
