Agreed. If you've got a bit of space at home you can get everything you need (bench, free weights etc.) for about £100. The rest can be done through the great outdoors!

Besides Roberto Carlos' free-kick against France, I don't think there's any goal where i'd think that. Scoring into an open net is nothing special, you can do it up the park whenever you like. Hassli's goal is not something you're likely to be able to recreate up the park.

And when was the last time we had a decent start to a season? Training camp with a couple of games over in Switzerland to get the players back into it (don't overwork them...!) and then back home to face decent opposition. Personally I think it's a good pre-season setup so far.

Would agree with this. Run at a reasonable pace and if it's too much then walk for 30-60 seconds to recover. But running can damage your joints, so get decent running shoes. I would suggest a jogging routine is best for losing the weight, but you said you wanted to cycle and you won't really be able to cycle further by running further.

We did wear the black kit every game in Switzerland, but it wasn't released first. I got my sash the day I renewed my ST, June 12th. Black kit came out a few weeks later, but the sash didn't get its first outing until Plymouth at home.

I am led to believe a jury member did not turn up on one of the days. On the other day a witness, who lives abroad, could not connect via their web-link, so their evidence has been thrown out (after various attempts to connect) and they have refused to come to England for the case.

Storrie is not going back to Pompey any time soon. For starters, his court case is due to last 8 weeks.
