Apparently PSG midfielder Thiago Motta is in talks over a move to Atletico. Maybe the Mario Suarez deal hinges on that going through..?

His release clause is 22m euros I believe.

Krychowiak's release clause is around £15m and Van Dijk is rumoured to be around £9m. Wishful thinking?

I wouldn't worry, the offers for Imbula and Krychowiak suggest the club think the same.

If we are losing Morgan and that trusted barrier in front of the defence, I'd prefer a more experienced centre back coming in personally.
