Agreed some people do lie low so to speak while they still have a career especially if at the highest level and are very careful who they trust. Its pretty sad that people can't be themselves 100% even in 2014 although things have moved on significantly! There's kind of a code of conduct that gay people do not out other gay people who are not open for whatever reason. It does happen but suprisingly rare I think because of mutual respect for everyone's journey and the pressures involved in being closeted.
