I would start with the extra man in midfield and osvaldo up front with lambert on the bench as when hes with osvaldo they cancel each other out

He always seems to be able to work his way into space though and more often than not engineers a shot on goal

Steven davis needs to start more, composed gets in good positions and has a decent shot on him we look a more cohesive unit when he plays

great win lovren has to be man of the match? wanayama needs to improve (as he will) and osvaldo needs to stop the showboating

wanyama must be dropped passing is truely shocking

We are boring to watch at the moment west ham were there for the taking and we failed I agree their keeper had a blinder but that wasnt the only reason we failed. When are we going to start playing with width and pace on the flanks?

If we had another defender of the same class as lovren we'd seriously have a good defence fonte and yoshida are reasonable stand ins but not at anywhere nr the same level, shaw and chambers will be more than good enough for the flanks. Any player suggestions ?

Why would we keep him over punch that's the question we should be asking, offers not nearly as much. maybe something to do with his native language!

A fairly decent player on his day but too inconsistent to merit more than a substitute role, poor scoring record in terms of minutes on the pitch vs goals

certainly hope so are lack of width is horrendous at the moment

that was ultimately the diffence at norwich they moved the ball a lot faster and had pace on the flanks

im not convinced our strikers will score enough on their own (admitedly they havent had great service so far) we need some goals from midfielders ie ramirez, lallana, spiderman to contribute

So in summary mo po is basically no worse and not much better either so far

norwich haave a game plan to close us down as fast as possible and push as high as they can forcing us into mistakes so far its working we need to try something else next half

the stream I'm watching is very biased towards norwich tbf they are much the better team at the moment come on saints
