Problem is you can't get away with a championship (at best) quality keeper at this level the other problem is we don't have any choice at the moment as no other like for like replacement. I guess KD was seen as backup for Boruc but really we should have got another quality keeper

Agree I can see those Situations causing him problems how do you rate him overall as a keeper?

From what I've seen so far I have to say his distribution seems better than arturs I haven't seen any evidence of any shot stopping so far but maybe that's down to the quality of strike conceded. Do you see our defence continuing to concede goals at the current rate (8 in three games not all gazzanigas) or do you think once he's had a couple more games his confidence will grow? I.e He's young and improving all the time

does the fact weve conceded eight goals in three games worry anyone?

Osvaldo has been much better but not a great deal of note apart from the close range header

I agree with this line up and formation in theory Lambert should provide plenty of through balls to Osvaldo and he needs to start burying his chances then again from what we've seen those two don't work well together

Im saying mp may have got his judgement wrong this time and wasnt he on loan at espanol? Players seem to do a little better on loan and are keen to impress. Also everything the Roma fans say about him seems to be not far from the truth at the moment. Do you hand on heart believe he is the right player for saints?

You have to compare him to j rod and I would take J rod over Osvaldo every time at the moment not everything worked for. him yesterday but he put in hell of a shift closing down players yesterday and was always looking to create something whereas Osvaldo looked like the type of player that only bothers playing when things are going his way he doesn't seem to want to make any effort unless he's received that perfect pass and when he's got the ball he's far more interested in silly tippy tappy showboating himself than passing to a team mate!! The guy is talented not many are saying he isn't but he's. clearly not the right player for saints in terms of attitude and work ethic whether mp can change that remains to be seen but he couldn't with Gaston so it looks doubtful. I can honestly see him moving on in January which will suit both parties

It's now not to early to pass judgement on Osvaldos contribution so far. he's been a letdown and no real improvement on what we had!

Can they understand that he's been awful nearly every time he's been given a chance and that he's had plenty of them? Also that he hasn't shown the required attitude and work ethic in training coupled with slagging off the manager to the press?

Be good to get him off the wage bill and maybe get our own player on loan, someone worthwhile
