True, would be nice if he knew where the goal was as well though, I don't get how he can go from ten goals...... to like one on the final day last season,
overnight
lol I don't think its that the players aren't trying as such (with the excption of the forest game) just that the system they are played in doesn't work in the slightest. Till we resort to a proper 4-4-2 with a proven striker up front we are doomed. Never thought I'd say it but get Billy Davies in

Saints boss Jan Poortvliet was left frustrated by his side's 2-0 defeat at Plymouth but was not prepared to lay the blame at his players' feet.
Right so its not the players fault yet its not your fault either? who's fault then?
This made me laugh
"I'm disappointed with the result but not with the team's performance because they showed that they had what it takes to get a result,"
that makes no sense whatsoever they showed they have what it takes to get a result? how exactly? by losing 2-nil?
No he has been taught well by master Lowe in the ancient art of "avoiding an admission of blame at all costs" the force is strong in this jan yes mmmmm

You need to remember though that things could have been done so much better and differently, we don't have time for a solution that takes ages to show any results we are fighting for our lives in a relegation battle and if the right man was appointed in the first place the future would be much brighter
