South Africa was banned from international representation during Apartheid and it had a unique impact on national pride and respect. Banning Russian sportsmen from all events is the correct decision.

Neptune missiles have been under development for years and were due for rollout late 2021. I doubt Ukraine has many of them ready to go but it’s still far more likely than a Harpoon strike.
