Arsenal, Everton and Swansea manage being well run while balancing football success but the vast majority of Dalek's yo-yos are in that situation because they put the health of the business before that of the team. It is also much much easier to cut down on discretionary expenses than to grow revenue if you want to improve margins which is hardly encouraging.
