  1. Says Who
  2. If you look at his picture on the MK Don's website you will see what I mean.
  3. When he walked out to the technical I thought i was some chav going to have a pop at someone. The only thing that would top his outfit off today was if he tucked his tracky bottoms into his white socks and wore a cap. (Lets face it he is no Paul Tisdale in then fashion department)
  4. See Ken is saying that if it was not for him SISU would of pulled the plug and that everyone must be nice to them or they will go away and the club will fold as there is no one else. I remember Ken saying similar things when SISU was approaching us. Was it not Ken who tried to bring SISU to the table in the first place. Would not trust that man to look after the class hamster for the weekend thats for sure.
  5. Just got back form Ski'ing. These guy's are amazing and the prices are excellent. They take families and the resort is perfect for all skiers. Quiet as well we ended up in the middle of the French holidays and the longest I queued for a lift was 2 minutes. Excellent snow. http://www.burasnow.co.uk They really do go out of their way to make sure you have a great holiday. We paid £609 for Saturday-Saturday each which included Airport Transfers from and to Geneva Airport Resort Ski-Lift Pass Ski-In-Out Accommodation Breakfast Afternoon Tea, Coffee & Cake Dinner Unlimited Wine (Really unlimited if you wanted to just drink the wine for the whole holiday there is no problem with that unlike some who take it away after dinner) The only time you need to sort your self out is a Thursday as thats when the resort staff have off but they organise a restaurant for you and that also has amazing food and at a decent price as well
  6. Nope happens in chrome as well
  7. Steve please stop ruining my conspiracy theories.
  8. Religion is based on a system of beliefs exactly how are beliefs meant to become extinct. They may change and alter slightly over time but they would not become extinct.
  9. That's all right BAJ I knew you meant good. For yourself as a musician if your looking for a good clean sound with simple setup take a look at the L1 Compact yourself
  10. I am sure I am right in thinking the following. The reason for not allowing credit card payments and using a finance company or cash is as follows. If you purchase through a credit card you are insured on the product for example I buy my season ticket but the club folds or goes into admin I can claim on my credit card get my money back. The difference here the credit card company will obtain it's money back from the club. If I purchase using cash I have no insurance if the club goes into admin. If I purchase using finance the contract is still with the club in the same as cash but the finance company has fronted the cash. So even if the club go into admin it is the finance company I owe and would have to pay them because I signed an agreement to state I would even though the club went into admin and I didn't get a season ticket. Hmmmmmm. Something smells a bit fishy (more than usual)
  11. Nope I mean L1 compact it's a compact version of the L1 with 1 channel for mic insert, 1 cahnnel for instrument or aux connection and thats all we need along with ipod and re-verb unit. (Why Bose never added this feature is beyond me) but still great. So hence the reason to sell my A&H Desk as basically I don't need it for myself or the wife so it's better to give it to a good home. The price I think is worth it as a) it's A&H and be it's only 6 months old for which I purchased it for £210 So if anyone wants an excellent quality studio - live mixer then please let me know. (yes there are other options available as BAJ has shown but at the end of the day there is a large difference on the sound produced through and A&H desk)
  12. Purchasing a Bose L1 Compact which has an inbuilt mixer getting a separate reverb unit and this seems to suit our needs (less buttons for the wife to press so she can concentrate on the singing instead of the buttons.)
  13. I am selling a 6 Month old Allen & Heath ZED 10FX mixer (With Manual but no box) All you need to know about it here http://www.allen-heath.com/zed/zed10fx Perfect working condition Brought it for the wife to sing through for live performances but we have found it overkill for what we need so might as well go to a good home. Perfect for Studio, live performance, solo, band's the works. So For sale at £150 (either local pick up or drop off or will post in the UK for extra £10) PM if interested. Any questions please ask. Regards, Jonny
  14. Horse and Jockey in Mooredown will show it as I believe there is a premier league game at the same time or something else. They have 2 sides one will show one game and the other will show what ever other sporting event is on.
  15. Ok look at it this way The average cost for a ticket is what £22-£24 so lest say £22 for an adult ticket if purchased on it's own. This x 23 (home games) is £506 So if a Season ticket costs less than this then you are saving money. My season ticket cost me I think about £350 (can't quite remember) That has saved me a total of £156 or to put it another way I can afford to not attend 7 home games in a season before it was not worth me buying one. So before everyone *****es about season ticket prices Do the Maths and then realise that in general the season ticket is still excellent value if you want to go to most home games. (not to mention the fact you get preferences on other ticket's for important games)
  16. Is this you in real life and you are actually a crap player wanting to do an Ali Dia?

    Lambert

When Lambert play's the whole team seems to play together. Problem is more often than not he hasn't played (I mean actually be bothered to get stuck in, jump or even have a shot. Instead of just standing there like a lemon)
  18. I was getting hammered up The Arse last night. When I realised. What a stupid name for a pub.
  19. No We will Win The League
  20. Northam was not to bad vocally. Quiet at the end but the game did seem to go on for ages. I will put it down to playing well for 15 minutes then crap for 45 minutes then good for 30. Although never a fan of moaning when we conceded that goal we were poor and Hammond was shocking so a good moan had to be done. Plus after that we scored 2 goals in 3 minutes so I personally think it was justified.
  21. You see the funniest thing about this thread is that you have access to the internet so instead of going to say the BBC sport page (or any other football notification page) you come on the and post a thread asking what the score was.
  22. Not quite Saints related but worth knowing for everyone. Gillett Soccer Saturday is back on Freeview for everyone who does not want to pay for Sky or just don't have the channels. No Not on Sky Sports but Sky 3 (Channel 11 Freeview) So No More having to deal with Final Score. Mods. Feel free to move if you don't feel it belongs here
  23. Check Jobsite & Reed saw a couple of jobs on there right up your street really looking for ex forces as it's within this area the company operates. If I could remember the links then I'd post them but i can't so won't. But to be fair if your not willing to look yourself you won'g get very far will you.
  24. Wow what a crap article. It doesn't even say anything other than just speculation saying may or might and if and but. Why do people by crap like this. In fact if you read it it just reads as if the phoned up a bloke from the ME and said what you think about saints and they said not bad. Then thats it.
