Seems like a good idea. I would just do that then. I guess we don't do it because of the old rules on the policing, banning orders etc. Same reason we can't have a beer or stand while watching the games.

I got them in a shop in the city centre before, kind of a newsagents/mini supermarket place it was pretty easy. I am sure any of the shops on the road between central station and the square will sell them or at least point you in the right direction. Maybe even ask at the hotel.
