Poor old Alps.
-
Are you touching yourself in the 2nd photo? Good idea though, I think all posters should upload photos of themselves to allow me to judge them from a distance. Did you like me spudders, used to go into T2 in town just get get a load of flyers for raves I would probably never go to? Dreamscape were the best, not nights, I think I only went to theirs once or twice, but flyers. Birds face popping out of a grided paper, like a mash up between a maths text book and weird science.

I bet the fact that they were red came as a surprise?* *he drags it back on topic and yet again avoids an infraction by the skin of his teeth

Nice one Turkish and thanks for Pming the photo of you with your shirt off. All those sit ups and krav manga are really paying off.
-
I only used to go to see the police dog display team at half time. Some guy in a fat suit running away from an angry Alsatian, followed by some fat midfielder running away from an angry Terry Hurlock in the 2nd half, that's what football was all about. Now it is all drums, trumpets, song 2, James Brown and mega debt. Ah, the good old days.

Nice, uploaded a copy to prove it as well. I take it you do warrant having the badge and haven't just stolen it from an old lady?

Another club with fans that have musical instruments in trouble. It's only a matter of time for Shef Wed again and the MK dons.

They're more racially active than the BNP.

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks

That's about as far as I got, cheers anyway. After 18 holes with golfing Phil, I ended up in JD sport with Yoan Folly and Rallyboy. Confusing. -
Whats the latest i 'He's a radical cleric, get him out of here'?

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks

I think so egg, that appears to be a good summary. Can you do the same for the Pompey thread, there's a lot of reading there and is gets confusing. As far as I can make out, they are fecked but people have been saying that for years and they seem to carry on regardless - chatting cants. -

Hi Matt Unfortunately Bearsy has found himself on the register so is not able to answer you. Let me take the liberty of doing it for him, yes, it was rape. However don't worry, it wasnt in a bad way, more a pardew on MOTD2 style way. -
You could be my bit of rough Turkish, we could team up while Bearsy is on the register and Charming man is touring Asia. Then when they are back, we can pretend it never happened. Like when I boned the big titted not so fit girl from reception at the Christmas party. If we dont talk about it, it never happened!
-
Bearsy! Your back, well kind of. And you used one of your 3 posts to tell us about your bell mates and say you miss me! Good cover story with the PayPal stuff as well, it's almost believables. Sorry for setting the mods on you bear, it was accidental, friendly fire stuff. Turkish is always on about missing banter, then he gets some and abandons me to partake in his favourite sport, MLG baiting. I feel such a fool now.
-
Thanks spudders. I feel so ashamed, I lost myself for a moment, I was taken by the tight jeans and Liam Gallagher swagger. I do like Turkish though, doesn't take this spazboard stuff too seriously, like many do.
-
I'm your number 1 fan Turkish. I memorise all of your golden posts. Who could forget 'which old 2nd hand Beemer should I get' or 'wanna buy some printer paper, I'll give you a good price' or 'this mongboard is sh!t come follow me to the ugly inside'. I've taken over chef Delldays now you've cast him aside to the forum dogs. Let's team up and tell the rest of these fools how to dress.

shame we didn't do this, I was sure we were going to do something with the music. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/world-of-sport/hibs-announcer-sacked-playing-beatles-114932284.html

^ That's what deppo would have said. Well done Turkish!

The January 2013 HCDAJFU thread...

^ I vote none of the above. -
What would Deppo say to this...? Do you know him Jamie? (Deppo wouldn't say that, that was from me).

You're the expert on this, I'll take your word on it. I was talking in general terms (as I stated), people should have freedom of choice. If a group of people choose to support a good cause and show that, it should bring these people together in a positive way. It should not however be used as a stick to beat those that choose not to, that can be a negative thing with fascist connotations, wear this, think this way, do this, you are either with us or against us, not exactly what the poppy stands for.
-
What's the point, he is deliberately avoiding agreeing with anything valid, diverting the discussion on to topics he is right about and disagreeing for the sake of it. Alps, did I go out with you for a while in the late 90's?
-
19th of March, first commemorated in Austria, it's besides the point though. My point was freedom of choice.

'Carry on follow that administrator', a slapstick comedy filmed on an island - certificate 18.

I didn't say I refused to wear one, just that people should have the freedom to choose to wear one or not without having the heavies call them names. I am simply playing devils advocate for the Sunderland player (I don't even remember his name). It is easy for an English man in the armed forces to have strong feelings about this cause as it is very much their cause and the cause of many like them before. However, you should not judge someone until you have walked a mile in their shoes or at the very least considered their opinion. He may love many things about England, have an English wife, friends, even Morris dance in the summer evenings but his personal experience of encounters with the British Army may be extremely negative. I think what the poppy represents over the years has changed. When I was younger, I was told that it was made by heroes of the two world wars, conscripted ordinary men and women that were called up and injured protecting our freedom. However, to many, rightly or wrongly, it seems to be a symbol that incorporates the current British army. As far as I am aware, he has not made a big deal about not wearing it, just said he would rather not and the club have respected his wish and given him a shrt without a poppy on it. I believe people should have freedom of choice to wear it or not. If you wear it and others wear it, you have something in common with them, a positive belief in a good cause. That should bring you together and work for the greater good. However, it should not bring you together and be used against others, otherwise this is SS style fascism, you are either with us or against us mentality.
