called the most recent signing on the 26th July. Reminded everyone it was happening here on saturday 👆 First other posts about it were on sunday. Breaking the news first as always.

another one in the bag for the CoT https://x.com/SouthamptonFC/status/1825955943219089539?t=A_p2-YQbLRXZjU-9eL__pA&s=19

Boats with refugees leaving from Piers get coverage but millionaire boats do. Two Tier Pier?
-
a truly amazing coincidence. Sad for the innocent people caught up in it though. Isn't his 18 year old daughter missing?
-
just like all this shite about false 9s and other things a while back, what a load of shite all that was. Just some knob heads sitting in front of a computer somewhere trying to be clever
-
yep, crazy money really. I think he's better than people give him credit for but our highest paid player lol.
-
Not as laughable as when our two highest paid players were McCarthy and Forster
-
you could buy a house for £500 back then though pal. Times change.
-
agree with that. Might be handy to come on for 15 minutes if we're chasing a goal against a packed defence. If nothing else the size of him would occupy a couple of defenders.
-
also means we wont be signing Ramsdale as that'll be our same league loan quota used up
-
who had more possession?
-
we are one we are one unbeaten, we are one we are one i say we are one we are one unbeaten, playing football the Southampton way
-
Yep ideally for me you need 16-18 good players who could all be first choice which depends on form, fitness, suspensions etc, then supplemented with a few promising younger players on top to make the squad about 21-22 strong.
-
Martin will be hounded out by the fans for being boring if we dont score in three games in a row.
-
we were miles behind them before we got relegated. Remember for years we had to sell to buy, we had this £15m cap on player signings. Whilst other clubs you'd consider to be of similar size or smaller we're spending way more than us right up until SR blew £100m on mainly shite. Before that we were net spend champions for many years.

22 year old bloke wasn’t it? a women in her 40s died the scene. Seems like not a day goes by without a knife attack these days
-
Another person dead and two seriously injured from another stabbing incident, this time in Manchester
-
another one we've already done but wont announce, ever.
-
about right to be fair. If we were to buy him permanently £30m+ on a 4 year deal is the same rate so £6m for a year for a keeper of that quality is about what you'd expect to pay. If he wins us 8-10 points then it'll be worth every penny.
-
He's come back on the attack, all aggressive. A week away and straight back to the attacks on individuals. SOGs little break has at least proven what the problem on here is.
-
That is his Seko Mara moment
-
The Dexter Blackstock Derby. Will be a good test as to how we compare against another bottom half team. Forest are a decent side although they’ve got a nut job chairman. the PTSD from Nathan Jones lives on with this one hope we can put it to bed
-
And the worst keeper in the championship at 21
-
I’m kind of a big deal on here

It’s currently in the top 20% of posts in the main board first page ones above it have been running for months in some cases years more. Post per length of thread existence it’s the most popular thread on the forum. Not bad for a thread no one cares about and is full of bollocks spouted by attention seekers with no clue what’s happening about transfers. Still along with most genuine lol emoji reactions and poster most ignored on here it’s another achievement to add to my growing list
