Well I can't think of any of the top 6 who would want him. Beneath that Villa have Given, Everton have Howard, Newcatle have Krul. I can't think of too many teams who are better options than Saints for him.

Indeed, sometimes I'm not sure if this forum is deluded or idiotic. Davis is a competent keeper and a really good guy who I'm sure could do a good job in the premier league for a season or two. Green is a definite step up. A proven premier league and international goalkeeper and crucially a lot younger and just coming into his prime. How anyone can think this is anything other than an excellent signing is beyond me. Either we are setting our sights for new players far too high or have a massively inflated view of our current players ability.

Belstaff is a timeless classic sunshine. At the top end, which obviously id be looking at CP, like Stone Island still make some lovely pieces. For the mid range forget it as for £250-£450 a lot better value for money can be found elsewhere.

In the case of Davis and Green it is black and white. 4 England managers have picked Green, none have ever picked Davis. Goalkeepers aren't like other positions where they also have to fit into tactics and systems as much as outfield players. Why have the last 4 England managers picked Green over Davis everytime?

We are not a true premier league club until we've signed a few crap foreigners, got in loads of debt, had a player cleared in a sexual assault trial and had a player appear on footballers pads on MTV. We also don't have nearly enough players with tattoos. Danny Fox is our only premier class player on that score. We have a long way to go yet.
