  1. Wont they also apply to QPR then who it seems are able to do this?
  2. It was the trainers ones i got, the Roms one with "la Bella Figura" written underneath and the Borg Elites one. Hats off to them though, probably made a few quid out of it and certainly a market for it, although i might be a bit too old for it now.
  3. It's well priced as well, Just seen a decent jacket for £160.
  4. Jesus Christ those jackets are awful. I bought a few of the early 80s Casual t's when they first can out and they brought out a few nice jackets but wouldn't touch the stuff now.
  5. Yep. Got a few decent bits off of him.
  6. Agree with you there. Good stuff and very good quality. Plus you dont see much of it about, same with Ma Strum, great quality and a really good cut and fit for me- i'm a big fan. I've heard good things about 12th Man but yet to buy any of it. Got a clear credit card for my trip to Italy in August so will no doubt be coming back with some quality gear.
  7. Do you know the fella that runs casuals clobber? He's from your neck of the woods.

  10. The fact of the matter is we have 4 good and different types of strikers. We have some excellent options. The power and guile of Lambert, the penalty area poacher in Sharp, the pace and workrate of Lee and Rodriguez who appears to have it all. I'd expect all 4 to have a role to play this season and will be used when the time is right. Maybe now people will start to understand how important it is to have good players and options, not a first XI and a poorer XI as back up and like for like replacements.
  11. You are forgetting two things. Most people on here seem to think every available goalkeeper who would sign for Saints is not better than Davis and people onthis forum are obsessed with signing back up players. So based on that most people on this forum will expect us just to sign back up players for what we already have.
  12. The point I am making is its one thing to be great in training quite another to do it on a matchday in front of 32,000 people and the sky cameras.
  13. Resorting to personal abuse because you don't agree with me? Oh dear....... Do you or do you not agree that young English players ability is often hyped up by "multiple experts"?
  14. So you don't think that'll be our starting line up at all then? Just wanted to name our strikers and attacking midfielders.
  15. We didn't sign Hooliveld and Fox until the end of August. The only new signing we'd made by then were Cork, who played and De Ridder, who was on the bench. When Hoolivleld and Fox joined they both quickly became first choice in their positions. By the time we played Forest at the beginning of September all 3 were starting. It wasnt because that's what Adkins chose to do, it was because we hadn't yet made all our signings.
  16. So you think we are only going to sign one, possibly no new players to improve our first XI?
  17. Did they say that about Scott Carson as well? It's not like unusual for a young English playerr to have their ability massively overhyped. Also Nige once described Jonno Quick as "unplayable" in training. Maybe he's a star in the making as well?
  18. I suggest Robinson a while back and a lot of people didn't rate him either. Over the hill, makes too many mistakes, won't want to move south and overrated I believe were some of the reasons. I understand Craig Gordon wouldn't make a good signing either as he is not good enough for Sunderland and injury prone. Rob Green? Forget it, the England number 2 is an average keeper that makes too many mistakes. Butland? too young and inexperienced. It seems TSW considers Davis to be irreplaceable.
  19. Are to talking about Es & bottles of cheap cider at illegal all night raves?
  20. Considering the state of some people at SMS either they are a bit dumb or clueless as to what suits them.
  21. Interesting to note he says if he was playing now there was no way he could stay at Southampton. Bit of a reality check for all those that think our team of academy graduates are going it stay with us for their entire careers.
  22. This style. http://apeandapple.com/packable-hoodie-jacket-14881.html
  23. THere were a few of those packable lightweight jackets to be seen season before last.
  24. I like the look of some of the Heritage Research gear as well. Never bought any but might have to as I've just notice Oi Polloi sale has started.
  25. All the OTS ive got is good quality for the price. Shirt wise only got one but good quality. Fit was quite loose, fine for causal with jeans. Knitwear is really good.
