Mara, Stewart, Onocochu, Sully = £60m wasted on players who haven’t done much You can also add to that £15m a piece on Adams and Armstrong who both delivered in the championship and did little on the premier league . £90m plus wages on 6 players centee back posting going back over the years Hoedt, Vestergaard, Salisu, Bella-Kotchap, Celta-Carr, Similar amounts spent trying to find the new Van Dijk all of them shite to varying levels best part of £200m spent plus wages trying to be clever when we could have spent £120-£140m on 4 quality players in those positions. I dare say we’d have saved significantly on wages too. 4 players on £120k a week each of 12 on £60k a week each?

A lot of what you say Nic is true. People might laugh but a lot of the studies you see are done by government backed scientist or big pharma. A lot of the “health” organisations are sponsored by the food companies and big pharma. Their interest is not the health and sharing of true information, its profit. A healthy population is not a profitable population. There is no money in brocolli, spinach and going for walks. There is a lot of money in promoting vaccines, “health” goods wrapped in bright colours telling you how good they are for you but have been tested and tested to make sure they taste delicious so people keep coming back for more People don’t like to hear it as it’s too easy to dismiss those that tell them what they don’t want to hear are conspiracy theorists with agenda. That’s not to say that conspiracy theorists don’t exist but too many people lap up what theyre told because it’s what they want to believe

Have they sold their two leading scorers, one of the best defensive midfielders, got their captain come back from Euros agitating for a move and replaced them all with players significantly worse too?
-
sounds like he just read the CoT Thread to me.
-
this is also worth a watch, i'm reading his book at the moment about Ultra Processed food. I'm sure he's just a crank with his own agenda though,
-
Surprising choice for him too. His stock is still high in Europe would have thought he'd have held out for a job in one of the major leagues or even the England job.
-
Plus the other depreciating asset in Stewart for £11m or so that looks like he'll never play either. Onacacu who we cant get rid of, Larios who is never fit, Mara and Sully £32m between them who are not good enough. £60m of "talent" right there.

exactly. Take a potato turn it into chips or crisps and that becomes a refined carb. In any case pototoes are still not great for people with blood sugar issues.

Starch carbs. Obviously better than white pasta but beat avoided or at least minimised if you’ve got blood sugar control issues

Here’s what’s happened, you haven’t watched the video you’ve seen it’s something which opposes your deeply entrenched views and have decided to dismiss it as some nutjob conspiracy theorist and make sarcastic comments. Am I warm?

One of the many bits that was quite interesting was that he said its now know that Covid was man made in a lab in China, not from bats in a market as we were first told. Steve Bartlett confirmed this is now the view on that. We were told this was all a conspiracy theory at first.
-
Except he does have evidence anyway we all know you have a closed mind given you loved the lockdowns and wanted more of them so would expect anything against that to be dismissed

don’t need to it’s common sense Here are the top 6 things that raise blood sugar levels 2 of them are starchy vegatables and refined carbs, breads, pasta rice https://www.everydayhealth.com/type-2-diabetes/living-with/foods-that-spike-blood-sugar/ here the food pyramid which we’ve been told to base our diets on since 1992 by the government We are in a diabetes and obesity crisis. Yet people who recommend cutting the things ant the bottom out are cranks?

lol. This is funny. The Pioppi Diet is a lifestyle approach to nutrition based on the traditional Mediterranean diet1. It emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods while limiting processed and refined foods. Key principles of the Pioppi Diet include23: Eliminate added sugar and refined carbohydrates (such as rice, bread, pasta, and potatoes). Include fruits and vegetables, aiming for at least five servings of low-sugar fruit daily. Consume fish, eggs, and olive oil. Practice periodic fasting. Get sufficient sleep, be physically active, and practice relaxation techniques. okay so they dont recomend it, but recommend LCHF and the mediterranian diet which is exactly what this is. They seem to have an issue with fasting but in other articles say it's helpful Intermittent Fasting: Guide to Fasting and How it Works (diabetes.co.uk) Benefits of intermittent fasting Research indicates that intermittent fasting can improve various aspects of health. These include: Enhanced insulin sensitivity and improved insulin resistance Lower blood sugar levels Improve blood pressure Reduce cholesterol levels Reduce inflammation Weight loss This makes it particularly appealing for people with type 2 diabetes, or those seeking to lose weight.
