What are you on about? I'm just pointing out that £100k Stevenage would have got is a lot of money to them, which it is. It wasn't that long ago we were desperate for a few quid so just showing a bit of empathy for clubs who need money. If it was us then I'm sure a lot on here would be going nuts at the arrogant club refusing us greatly needed money.

Yep done all that, done loads of sales courses, some good some bad. I'd heard about NLP before but it was the way he said it changed his life, much more than just work that appealed.

Yeah, the guy i am refering to is Managing Director of one of my customers. One of the key things he said to me was always leave what he called "an anchor" something that the person you are meeting with can use to remember you by in years to come. He actually said i am already doing some of NLP without realising it. I'm in Channel sales, all i do is face to face stuff really, so very much based on relationships, which was one of the main reasons why i was interested.

Nurolinguistic Programming for those that dont know. What are peoples thoughts on this? Up until last week i'd thought all that sort of stuff was a load of nonsense and most people who get involved in that sort of stuff a bit wierd. However, last week i had the pleasure of meeting and spending a bit of time with a very succesful and plesant man who had trebled the turnover of his company in 6 years, £30m-£90m. He puts a lot of his success down to NLP. When he told me abit more about it it seemed to make a lot of sense and I found it all very interesting, if a little to good to be true. He assures me though that it changed his life and played a huge part in his success. So i put it out to the spazboard, what are your thought? Load of bollo*ks or life changing stuff?

Nothing to stop lee switching wings though so he could do it, or join up with RL/JR to make a second striker when attacking.

I think Ramirez and Lallana will. From what i've seen of Lee his game seems to be based around work rate. I think he'd go missing if he was playing down the middle behind a striker. He'd be okay up front alongside Lambert of Rodriguez or out wide i think.

I'm going to go for a new signing. It concearns me the way people are going on about Tanadari Lee. He's still got a lot to prove and i think a lot of our fans are expecting him to be amazing and might be in for a disapointment.

Listen Krackers, you are wrong, i am am wrong. NA & NC know better than us and Hooliveld was always our top target. That is why we tried to sign at least 3 other centre backs first and didn't sign him permenantly in August when we could have and instead waited for the window to shut and get him on loan, it was all some cunning plan to leave us with only two fit centre backs for the first month of the season and prove how great NA and NC are at signing who we want when we want. it makes perfect sense.

Fontaine failed a medical and Ward was when we were in L1 and signed Seaborne instead so nothing to do with the Hooliveld deal. Gorkss and Jemmell didn't happen for one reason or another who were the other two we know about that we were after. Believe what you want but if we wanted him that badly and rated him that highly why didn't we sign him in August on a permenant deal? As you say, lennon didn't want him so clearly he was up for sale.

No, dont like 3-5-2, easily undone by quick widemen with balls in between the wing backs and centre backs. 4-2-3-1 is the way forward with 3 attacking midfielders who can rotate positions and 2 from MS/JC/SD/JWP as holding defensive midfielders.
