  1. Tactically brilliant from Ralph, an excellent first half with a bang on team selection and clever switch of tactic after Lyanco injury. Only half time guys remember our superior XG will shine through in the end
  2. 👏👏👏 well done Boro
  3. Even the crap ones have been so well hit the keepers can’t get to them
  4. If nothing else the boro fans who were charged £45 for a Friday night game live on TV have got somewhere near their money worth
  5. spurs, West Ham and Palace also said to be interested. Like the sound of him, looks very promising
  6. Even though the attacker miscontolled it gaining a clear advantage with his arms outstretched at shoulder height, joke of a rule
  7. How is that not disallowed 🤣🤣🤣
  8. Apparently so. He set up the club my lad plays at which is now run by another guy who is also an ex teacher. he’s a decent bloke and big on discipline. In fairness futsal is brilliant. my son has been going twice a week for about 2 months and has progressed more in that time than in nearly a year at a league 2 academy. Touch, control, passing with both feet and finding space and shooting first time have been transformed. Some of the kids there are really good players. Archie Gray who was on the bench for Leeds the other week at 15 years old went through his club plus my mates son who has just left Bradford.
  9. Looks like his whole thing with Futsal was right though. It was commented on the other day during a live match about a centre half who was two footed, the commentator said he started off playing futsal which may explain why hes so comfortable on the ball.
  10. Is it me or have we gone from being really shit at all levels from U23 down to being really good in the last 6 months? I seem to remember us being hammered every week at those levels not long ago
  11. Remember him from part of the Lowe?Woodward era. Founder of Brazilian soccer schools, treated with distain by the backroom staff and his time here lasted only two months, part of the plan to revolutionise training at Saints Why Woodward's coach had to leave Southampton | Football | The Guardian Maybe he's now having the last laugh How Futsal's 'hothouse laboratory' honed the skills of Arsenal wonderkid Charlie Patino (inews.co.uk)
  12. Surely the only reason you’d watch it is If you have nothing other than football in your life. The standard of football is dreadful, hardly heard of some of the countries let alone players, yet we get told that Europeans don’t respect the competition enough. I’m sure its a big thing if you live or are from the continent but if you don’t I’m not really sure why you’d bother watching any of it. And as for the NFL watched by geeks who wish they were yanks
  13. Racist
  14. My son is part Yorkshire but we didn’t call him Barnsley
  15. Sorry Minsk that’s awful. 🥲
  16. An English bloke called Ettienne FFS whatever next
  17. think i know who you are on about, moaning about different owners same old Saints because we wouldn't pay Dele Allis wages and transfer fee. Personally never thought it was going to happen and wouldn't say no but hardly the end of the world he didn't come here
  18. Shame, used to be a great pub.
  19. It was eye opening, let me tell you.
  20. We need MLG on the thread to give you a lesson in bookmaking.
  21. What's the Alex like these days?
  22. No one does heroic failure as well as us
  23. 3-0 at half time, Rangers had a great chance to make it 1-1 but a crap ball, Celtic went up the other end and score to make it 2, then another just before half time. Rangers have been awful
  24. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/fc-chelsea-u21/kader/verein/9250 this is our scouting list
  25. arguably Capello was even worse, the performances under him were embarassing at time. 2010 world cup was awful, coming second in the group only winning one game and then being served up be Germany with a performance that showed how far behind we were the top European teams. People slag off Southgate but compared to these superstar managers he's done an amazing job.
