  1. Players have many reasons to join clubs and like being there. Look at why this chap said about Norwich, not the first place you’d think of as a destination for premier league players but a lot going on it seems
  2. And United have Tom Heaton as third choice non playing useless Squad filling goalkeeper so don’t need McCarthy for that
  3. Turkish

    Coronavirus

This forums favourite person with some interesting info
  4. Need three boosters to be fully vaccinated but two can provide some protection, so two out of three aint bad
  5. better quality of life than 95% of the world.
  6. I do, but that's just my opinion. Yeah of course Hello Soggy by the way you weirdo, i can see you liking all aintclevers posts 👋
  7. But in your opinion you think the country would be better off if he quit today, which is what you replied to me with, which was exactly what i said. It aint rocket science is what i believe some people say at this point.
  8. So despite you saying my post was bollocks you actually agree with me
  9. I dont remember there being much wailing and bleating from many before the referendum aside from a few loons. it only became an issue because Cameron promised it playing party politics. Maybe the issue that caused the silent majority to vote for it was caused by your boys....
  10. So you dont think the country would be in a better position if Boris quit today?
  11. It beggars belief.
  12. Only one cap wasnt it? Scored in a win away in Egypt. Here is he goal 🙂 Egypt 0-4 England (1986) - YouTube
  13. And there you have the problem. People choose "a side" then stick with that side no matter what, it aint a frigging football team. Obviously the sooner the country gets rid of Johnson the better, a dreadful prime minister, yet some people would rather he stays because it help their side get in, not because they want what's best for the country. You've only got to look at the Brexit fallout. The vote didn't go the way some wanted, so rather than accept the democratic vote and getting on with it there was endless wailing and bleating with quite a few people desperately hoping it all goes wrong and the country is fucked forever just so they can say i told you so.
  14. You get the impression he hates the Tories more than he likes anyone else. A very strange, bitter individual with some very pious views.
  15. how many jabs have you had Soggy? There is a whole list of reasons why you're singled out and not just by Brett/Jamie/Alex either. Ever thought the issue might be you?
  16. You are correct! IIRC Rodney and Danny started and Ray came off the bench first time 3 brothers had ever played in the same team in the same match.
  17. Gordon Watson used to live on Cutbush Lane. His house was nice, used to walk the dog down there, but it was right next to Townhill Park which is/was a shit hole. It was hilarious seeing him driving his jag down Meggason Avenue.
  18. Exactly my point. You dont want a stable, well led, progressive government. You want a stable, well led progressive labour government. So your agenda is to get who you support in power. By the way, labour are none of those things at the moment either.
  19. Absolutely buzzing at the latest news alert on my phone, let me at this footage. It’s all going off today!
  20. I'd be amazed if he wasn't. No player leaving a bigger club coming here for first team football is going to be happy being second choice to a 19 year old in their first season, especially after being one of our better players last season. Unless of course he's happy switching between left back and right back. Seems like he'll get a good run at right back now if Liveramento out anyway so he'll be here until the summer at least.
  21. When i was about 7 or 8 i was with my dad in Mike Chippy at the Castle in Midanbury on saturday evening. My dad said to me that Danny Wallace was behind me in the queue, i didn't believe him until the lady serving us said it was. He then signed his autograph on a piece of chip wrapper that i still have 30+ years on in a photo album with other autographs i got from back in the day. He lived near us in a 3 bed semi on Wakefield Road. I believe he was the first footballer i ever met
  22. Newcastle have just signed Trippier, so he wont be going there. I guess the question needs to be if he can be first choice at all of these clubs why isn't he first choice at Saints? I rate him highly as well but it's typical Saints that two of our best players play in the same position.
  23. You do realise there is a global component shortage? Lots of orders are on extended lead times at the moment
  24. All those saying it's best for Boris to say so labour get in are clearly only interested in their own agenda. Boris is a terrible prime minster, a bullshitter and now a laughing stock with hardly any support. I'm really not sure how anyone can think it's in the best interests of the country if he stays in place. What they mean is it's in their best interests to get their preferred people in.
