  1. Obviously not. I’ve no idea why you think I would be. Weird deflection tactic to completely make up a scenario to detract from you actually have to act like a non racist than talk about it
  2. You’re also not a fan of actually acting on what your believe in. On here you’re like the Martin Luther king of mongboard, in reality when you actually have to stand up for what you believe in it all falls apart. Guess it doesn’t really matter that much to you
  3. Wouldn’t know mate, had nothing to do with it. What’s that got to do with you actually having to act on what you believe in rather than talk about it?
  4. It’s true though. When it came down to it and you had to stand up for what you believed in you decided others things were more important. Don’t worry mate, I’m sure there’ll be another BLM much you can applaud from your sofa soon
  5. Okay so your ethics only matter when it’s suits you, your job was more important and happy to work for a racist boss. Guess you talk the talk but don’t walk the walk, fair enough lots around like you.
  6. So what did you do about your racist boss? Did you pull him up on it?
  7. I would agree there isn’t much in business either. If people looked at the facts rather than whailing there aren’t enough black directors they’d see that 8% of directors in UK FTSE 100s are black, compared to 14% of the population. On the face of it underrepresented then factor in that the average age of a director is 54, yet the average age of an ethic minority is 39 then we are not comparing like for like. Just people getting upset about a problem that doesn’t really exist
  8. That was almost 30 years ago mate, it was a different world then. The reality is in most progressive countries there is little discrimination, however much the loons like to pretend there is.
  9. What evidence do you have that discrimination is happening? Is it reality or is it perception? Do you not think giving someone a job because of their skin colour is also a form of discriminating? Do you think that giving someone under qualified a job because of their skin colour undermines the talents of those from minorities that do get jobs because of their talent?
  10. Maybe we need to set up a diversity committee to tap into the large LGBT, polish, black and Asian community. If we can attract 25% of our fans from those communities then that can help to offset the loss with the additional non match revenue attracting these fans would bring
  11. Spot on. It also suggests that white people need to help minorities to get jobs. Look at us white people! We’re helping these Black people, we’ve put in quotas to make sure they get a fair crack, The savages need us for a leg up! How patronising.
  12. Not sure how you’ve got me confused with anyone, before you edit you started going on about Hypos posts on Other threads so you’re obviously bullsh1tting to try and get away from your false accusations. Nice try pal.
  13. I’m pretty sure that if this was any other club than saints though this place would be apoplectic about the racist scum club and their hateful, racist fans not signing up. Our resident virtue signallers would be all over this thread claiming how Depressing it is and how there is still so much to be done to cure racism.
  14. Not sure what your point is. In sport generally the best players with the best attitude and application do make the top. There is no need for a quota in the England football team for example, 50% of them are black.
  15. Standard practice in these crazy virtue signalling times though isn’t it. You HAVE to do this and if anyone dares to disagree or even question it you are racist scum.
  16. We only sign black players these days, so this is a load of nonsense.
  17. Turkish

    Diallo

He came on when we were 3-2 down last week and looked decent then too
  18. But if you worked in a place where 25% Of employees had to be a minority, would you wonder if some of the less competent Had only got their jobs because of it?
  19. Of course he’d go there. Chance to manage one of the biggest clubs in the world. You don’t get to be an elite sportsman/manager without self belief, he’ll think he could fix them. Although I don’t think Man United or Chelsea would go for him, they’d go for a high profile manager as their fans wont accept another balls up. I could see him going to Spurs or a German club. We should enjoy him while we’ve got him. Great manager and a great guy.
  20. Careful, you’ll be accused of letting your political views cloud your judgement of a tackle on a football pitch.
  21. Would you be annoyed at the job if you only got it above other candidates because of your skin colour to tick a box in a code. there an awful lot of talented none white hetrosexual people out there. The fact that people think it’s nessasary to help them By making a percentage of employees tick a diversity box because they’re not capable of getting jobs themselves is embarrassing and patronising to the thousands of talented black, gay, Asian etc people out there.
  22. Don’t you think positive discrimination is patronising?
  23. Ridiculous virtue signaling. Pathetic putting quotas in place. We obviously don’t have an issue as we haven’t signed a white player since Hasenhuttl joined.
  24. McCarthy, Bertrand, Vestergaard, Bednarek, Romeu, Redmond, Armstrong, Ings. Not to mention Ward Prowse developed under his eye. 9 of our starting 11 are thanks to Les. Time for a statue?
  25. He’s turning into a hell of a player.
