People don’t like facts when theyre different to their opinion.
-
So what’s wrong with point out his observations as to why they don’t at the moment?, just because some people don’t like them doesn’t mean they’re not true.

I realise in today’s politically correct world you aren’t allowed to tell the truth but it seems to me a lot of fuss about nothing and people wanting to be offended despite the claims he didn’t say being gay is a life choice, he said if a player makes a decision to come out that is a life choice and he hoped fans and players would support that. Anything wrong with that? I thought everyone wanted gay players to come out As others have verified, young girls don’t like being hit by footballs, fair and true comment As for the comment about Asians in IT well as I’ve worked in the IT industry for 20 years with and for some of the worlds biggest companies he’s right, there are far far more Asians in technical roles than black people. Again another fact so we’re left with the fact he’s had to resign because he he said coloured people instead of people of colour when sticking up for them for the abuse they get on social media. 4 factual statements that people don’t like which contain one bad choice of words in a well intentioned statement that’s the world today everyone

I Heard a lot of girls are put off taking up football as they worried about coming out as straight and are worried they might get abuse from the fans and in the changing rooms from their team mates

A recent example of the sort of paper article i despise- Headline on news feed Who will finish top 4 - Some BIG CALLS HERE click on article Troy Deeney gives his view on who will finish top 4. His view was that Liverpool, Man City probably would, then it's between Chelsea, Spurs, Man United and dont rule out Everton or Leicester. Brilliant.

That's actually done us a big favour as Bednarek wasn't due back from Poland duty until the friday before the game. Now he has a couple of days.

There is already a thread on this. Locked.

Because people are scared of the truth in case it upsets them, if it's true we've got to pretend it's not.

Some great posts on there "f*ck of back to Germany Ralph you c*nt" a long rambling post from the historian, and if i'm not much mistake then poster who suggested a front sweeper a few years back suggest we play Ings in midfield. 🤣 🤣🤣🤣

Peter Sutcliffe has died due to it.

First manager ever to say acyclically in an interview?
-
That’s not what he said As for you other point, well if that's a reason why there aren't more female goalkeepers then of course it should be mentioned? Why shy away from the truth because a few people might get offended by it? Bizarre logic. You should listen to this guy Sue, read his book, you'll learn a lot. he's a hero of mine and an absolute legend, he believes we shouldn't hide from the truth because it might upset people https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LQ1isMTDjY

How dare they assume his gender!
-
You are assuming they identify as a human.

Its choice of words in the racism outrage too, his point was that black and female footballers get a lot of grief on social media, if he’d have said people of colour get a lot of grief on social media then Everyone would have applauded him.
-
Spot on, especially the bit in bold.

Of course the alternative way of viewing it was he was talking about coming out being a lifestyle choice and if a player decides to do that and is comfortable with that then team mates should support that. Certainly that's how i would read the comment without hoping it would offend me (i'm not saying thats you but some would be) The real issue is once you run out in front of 60,000 people and you decided on Monday that you wanted to disclose your sexuality – and I would never pressure anybody to disclose their sexuality – what I would want to do is to know that anybody who runs out onto the pitch and says, ‘I’m gay. I’m proud of it and I’m happy. It’s a life choice, and I’ve made it because my life is a better place’, I’d like to believe and I do believe they would have the support of their mates in the changing room.”

what part of "please explain" are you struggling to comprehend? And you've got the neck to say you need to get crayons out for me. 🤣
-
It's your opinion i asked for,, sorry if you that means you need to think for yourself instead of being told what you should think.
-
ah bless, going on the attack. I asked you what you thought, not what the BBC tells you to think. What's up, cant make up your own opinions?
-
What's offensive about what he said? Please explain.
