Surely this is racist? How does selling things at a reduced price = being attributed to a colour? Surely “Black Friday” devalues black and infers that the colour black is inferior to every other colour. I know the lefties would usually be all over this but they’re probably to busy trying to grab themselves a bargain to cause a fuss this time

Lots of people grizzle gutting on here at the time of his injury, while those of us with an ounce of a brain realised he’d only miss 4-5 games

He pointedly said he doesnt want any any English players cheating, not like those dirty cheating c*nt Dagos, hey soggy. Still he has probably seen more black people than either of us 😂

"I was born and raised very close to Brixton so have probably seen more black faces than you" 🤣 "I also spent most of my working life in London which as you may or may not know, is full of foreign people" 🤣 I dont even know where to start with these comments other than they are utterly hilarious. Just out of interest how many are on your tally chart of how many black people you have seen?

To spend 95% of your time doing that on a football forum it is.

As opposed to a grown man who spends a lot of time arguing about politics of a country he doesn't live in? I mean, nothing wrong with it, but, while we're on the subject of weird things adults do for entertainment...

Great points, no one really uses libraries anymore, they can get them all on devices or to listen to on audible. As for bin men we could actually get rid of a few by doing what they do in Portugal where wheelie bins have sensors on them connected to the offices, the wheelie bins are only collected when they get to a level of capacity, we could probably reduce the work force by about 40% if we did it that way rather than a weekly round.

Yes because there is nothing weird about adults talking into headsets to each other pretending to shoot at things on their TV screens. I expect they also the type who like Game of Thrones.

Like I said then people don’t do those sort of jobs for the money. All credit to them too. -
Personally I believe Boris should have cancelled Christmas this year. For most people all it is is a day to meet family, eat and exchange gifts. They can do that any day of the year so they could all have waited until the vaccine. I really don’t understand the national obsession with doing all this on the one day of the year which by coincide happens to also be the biggest religious festival in the Christian calendar when it’s has nothing to do with religion.

I wouldn’t worry about it it’ll be the corporates and super fans that they let In first anyway. Your regular fan has zero chance of getting in

No, simply pointing out that the private sector isn't the promised land full of people getting double digit pay rises every year. I know a lot of people like to talk for other people but you can only speak from your own experience and in mine people dont get payrises just because they turn up to work everyday, they have to do something to earn them. Im not sure why you're ranting about nurses and on about reducing their pay, pretty strange response to it being pointed out that if asked the vast majority of nurses, coppers, firemen etc none of them would say they do those jobs for the money. -

I thought we were comparing the public sector with the private one? Not really very clever to use examples of wasting money in the private sector to prove a pro public sector point is it? How much has the public sector wasted in recent years? If there not driven by remuneration then not getting a payrise for once wont really upset them too much will it. -

Maybe in your world pal, not in the real one. Point remains the same and moonraker pointed me out to be right whilst trying to prove me wrong. -

So have I, both as the buyer and seller. Which is why, like i said, you'd give them to people you can trust, "proven ability to deliver" i think you called it. Thanks for telling what a tender is though. -

Weren't the government also slated earlier in all this because they wouldnt give contracts to companies who had never made ventilators before claiming they could make ones that worked perfectly? Guess they can do no right in some peoples eyes. -

If you were going to give a multi million pound contract to someone, would you give it to someone you know and trust or someone you'd never heard of until a few weeks ago? -

Not sure why it's a BS point about the private sector, whilst millions are or could lose their jobs in the public sector you've got relative security. My first job was actually a public sector one, back then it was generally accepted that whilst you got paid less than private sector you had the benefits of job security, a decent pension and decent working conditions with things like flexitime and a days extra holiday a month if you did 7 hours overtime a month more than your 37 hours a week contract, plus a pay rise every year. i've never seen anything like that in the private sector. If i get a pay rise early next year when we have our performance reviews it'll be because i've had to take on significantly more responsibility as we had to make a some redundancies from our management team this year. I'd also be doing that extra responsibility for almost a year for nothing as well as i mentioned before, no one in the company got a payrise in 2020. -
Incredible isn’t it. I thought the joiners thing might be a give away. Two things if I had a pound for I’d be relatively rich. People who swear blind they were at the saints game we beat Man U 6-3 and they changed their shirts and people who claim they were there at the joiners to see Nirvana. Both never happened but I’ve met hundreds of people who claim they did as they were there.

I’m always amused at soggys anti racism posts about how we should be more welcoming, we should do more to hemp immigrants integrate. Posted from his home in Romney Marsh where out of a population of just over 7,000 they had 97.1% are classed as white British. I think he means”you” when he says “we” as He probably can’t remember the last time he saw a person that wasn’t white so helping immigrants integrate doesn’t really apply to him apart form the odd Australian he might speak to now and again

Quite an honour coming from someone who has made more strange posts than a blind, limbless mail delivery operative
