    Coronavirus

There is a Brazilian lad based in the UK who works for my company. He went back to Brazil at Christmas and whilst there they closed the borders so couldn't get back until mid February. I wonder if he is the missing carrier.

    Coronavirus

Right on cue the Brazilian variant has been discovered in the UK. It’s never going to end is it
  3. Can I go retro use an expression that was all the rage back in 2010/11 And be the first to say Ralph could Be our Alex Ferguson. He need 4 years to adapt to England and he only come from Scotland, look what happened there.
  4. I’d rather we save the injury time winners against Everton for the fa cup semi final, but I like your optimism.
  5. And it must be true because sky tell us it is all the time

    Coronavirus

Coronavirus has already been labeled as racist as it effects BAMEs more severely. I’m sure there will be uproar once they realise they are being discriminated against for not having the jab.
  7. Young kid desperate to play gets his chance finally and desperate to prove himself makes a rash error of judgment. It’s not the first time a young player has done it and won’t be the last. But still let’s put it down to him having a bad attitude.
  8. Maybe he thinks he needs to drop down a level to get game time? Maybe he he is frustrated at the lack of opportunities he’s had so far? Maybe he loves it here but he thinks he’s a long way down the pecking order here and needs to move? I would say these are more likely reasons than just being a cock with a bad attitude
  9. Because he’s not the brightest, that’s why.
  10. Two things here, VAR advised to give that as a penalty but in our Wolves game in a very similar incident The VAR said it wasn’t big enough an error to pull it back. Total inconsistency now the ref didn’t give It because people would talk about it? Joke
  11. It’s actually quite simIlar to the one we didn’t get in the same game, but either way if one is they all are.
  12. Lee Mason has been replaced as 4th official for Sheffield United v Liverpool game. Injured apparently
  13. Match of the day explained it as after saying Brighton could take it he then noticed the goalkeeper wasn’t ready, surely that’s the keepers fault?
  14. Guess it’s a bit too early for Monday.
  15. No, I’m saying Puel isn’t as bad as you and others make out. We were shit at home last season, it was only When fans weren’t allowed in we started to pick up a bit. the Everton game after the 9-0 was horrendous, we got hammered by Chelsea as well and shown up by Bournemouth. Even our wins against Watford, who were dreadful was a bit fortunate and Norwich were not much better, both for them got relegated. Laughable that you think this is such a dramatic improvement.
  16. Yet 4 home wins in front of fans in a season that’ll also included a 9-0 home defeat is the stuff of dreams, right?
  17. No, If I was I’d be claiming Puel played brilliant, exciting football all the time and was a resounding success. I’m saying that it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as some make out, there were also mitigating factors to take into account which some don’t want to do.
  18. Yet when Puel was forced to play an entire season without 3 of the previous campaigns best players and halF of it without 5 of them, plus the largest Fixture list we’ve ever had to undertake plus travel Time to Italy, Israel and Czech Republic you offer no such justification, instead just repeat he was Boring. Such doubles standards
  19. It’s not a diametrically opposed view, it’s a different view to the “Puel was shit and boring” bandwagon, jumped on by people who only chose to remember the last 7 or 8 games of the season and the Ber Sheeva game.
  20. As does last 18 years https://www.transferleague.co.uk/premier-league-2003-to-date/transfer-league-tables/premier-league-table-2003-to-date
  21. Last 5 years tells a very similar story https://www.transferleague.co.uk/premier-league-last-five-seasons/transfer-league-tables/premier-league-table-last-five-seasons
  22. Yeah it was, from memory he did little better than okay in that role, at league one level.
  23. More Frank Drebin than Dirty Harry pal
  24. Whereas you’d be doing time for manslaughter as your bosses try to explain away another police killing due to jumping to conclusions
