All the casual observers won't know the Clattenburg history and probs won't even have seen the decision, not bothered by what they think.

Have to remember that AL wasn't captain so has less right to complain to the ref. Lallana certainly should be skipper over the sub keeper FFS.

Jesus Perez seemed to think we will find out on this very soon. If he does get banned you have to question the appeal when we knew he was injured anyway. He could have accepted the charge, have got the games done when injured and be available now.

Jordan Sibley tweeted afterwards that in the tunnel Clattenburg had been saying he saw the handball but didnt think it was deliberate. Poor.

As a ST holder I am not going tomorrow. Would rather go to Fulham away instead, and other away games. If we get to the QF I would probably go then.

On another angle, the sooner Lallana is captain again over Davis the better. Impossible for a keeper to do the job of dealing with refs etc.

It is a snide comment, especially after turning down a clear pen very late in the game. Does Clattenburg expect Lallana just to tell him "no problem ref"? Of course he will be annoyed and frustrated at him (rightly so). Clattenburg should get his own house in order before making judgements on another person's character.

Obviously bad blood from Norwich away last year so quite possibly we are just trying not to get him as ref for any of our games.

When it comes straight after turning down an absolute stonewall penalty then I think the player is entitled to be annoyed. If the decision had been correct then its not so bad, but Clattenburg should focus on making good decisions rather than snide comments.

Hearing that the Del Boy might be back in the squad for tomorrow, would certainly be nice to have him back as another attacking option.

My point is that fans also don't take it very seriously. Even if we said we would put a strong side out the ground would still be half full. FA Cup for so many reasons has lost its magic. Sad but true.
