Also end of last season was more we were struggling to score goals, we still dominated in a lot of games like Spurs and Sunderland away - we just didnt take our chances.

Barry loves Norwich. He must realise he has got it wrong when his main backup is Alpine  Still can't work out which season of the Cortese era he has an issue with? -
Fairly sure Cortese is in control of contracts, thats who the players talk about. I've never heard a first team player refer to Les Reed at all.
-
Sad to see mate.

Cortese? LOL yeah he is doing a terrible job. Also pretty sure Fox hasnt had his contract renewed. See above post.

He was injured as you know. Your fall from grace as a once funny WUM is nearly complete. Sad to see.

Too early to rate players who have played less than 10 games in a Saints shirt, both positively and negatively. All other players have been rated loads of times in these type of threads. Barry - you are getting pretty boring mate, come up with some new material. -
Not heard anyone having a pop at Osvaldo? Would be pretty silly too. Clearly whipping boy is Fox.

Who can we least afford to lose with a bad injury?

Clearly Boruc, but without Lallana we would also lack the creativity that he brings drifting across the pitch. Such clever movement that Jol called out as the main issue Fulham had with us. -
Kind of agree, but to really excel in that position he will need to be able to beat a man in the way that a Lallana, Cazorla, Silva, Barkley type player can.
-
Admirable but the facts are that the players want to play for England, and if they perceive that their chances are enhanced elsewhere then they will move somewhere else which isnt what we want. Hopefully they get in the squad playing for us. Also, we all love Lambert etc but remember one game ago we dropped him. He isnt going to be a first choice player for England, that doesnt make RH a wally. Sturridge is in better form and is a better player, ditto Rooney. For Lambert to make the squads is a fantastic achievement.

He said he is just "rubbish". Weird really. I suspect he has a deep routed agenda.
-
Was great how he operated with Clyne, ensuring that he didnt get in Clyne's attacking space and covering for him when he went forward. Reminded me a little of the Marsden/Bridge partnership which maximised the attacking potential of the full back, whilst obviously JWP is far more talented than Mazza was. Also allows him to deliver those whipped crosses into dangerous areas without necessarily needing to have beaten the full back.
-
Will Roger be brave enough to share his agenda having been called out earlier today? Who else do you want to hear from?
-
Good stuff. I have noticed the rise of tactical hispters since our good form began, both here and on other sites. Constant stream of articles reviewing how we play and basically all saying the same thing.
-
Calling for Roger to reveal his Agenda and source of his hatred of Lallana?

Nice to see Deano on the cover of the Leicester vs Bournemouth programme: Meanwhile, his pal Papa Waigo N'Diaye scored this weekend for Ettifaq FC in their derby match with Al-Nahda in Dammam. He cut in from the left, nutmegging Al-Nahda right back Abdullh Al Dossari and curling past the keeper.

No way too early for Clyne. He is consistently excelllent.
