Difference between Butland and the Fosters, Forsters, McGregors etc is two things: 1. He is rated by many within the FA as potentially better than Hart - been watched by loads of top teams 2. Although the fee would be higher he would most likely not lose any value and is wages now would be less than the names I mentioned above (probably quite considerably.
