Davis RWB and JWP behind Long and Pelle. Not the best use of Davis but oh well.

JWP does seem to be brought back into the starting XI on a regular basis. Pretty much seems to start every other game. Swansea may struggle at set plays but if Cedric is fit then he should start at RWB and if JWP has to play it should be instead of Clasie or Romeu.

He will. He missed a lot of football this season and is adapting to a new team and has already missed out once with a knock, no point over stretching him.

JWP or Davis as a right wing back. I guess? Odd to leave Cedric out unless fitness related, especially with so long until the next game and their fast players.

He didn't do well anyhow. The Aussie pacemen really struggle to sustain fitness. Shows how reliable Anderson and Broad have been.

Still wouldn't drop Mane. Even if he doesn't score his ability to run with the ball at pace scares defences and finds space for others. Arsenal aside Long's goal return the last 10 games hasn't been fantastic either...

Bojan and Payet both sign new deals today. Be great if we could get Forster, Mane or Wanyama to similarly. Ever since we got back to the PL, getting our best players to sign extensions has been a nut we haven't really cracked.

Against West Ham we didn't really hit our level what we need to be successful but the spirit and organisation was very good. If we can play a better final pass then we can complain Swansea. I think Steven Davis is a must start and would prefer Targett in for Maya but either way we will have a lineup that is good enough to win if we play on our level.

Would be more bothered about how much we spend in the summer than how much my ST costs TBH. The majority will buy almost regardless of the cost, unless it was a ludicrous rise. Obviously prices are generally too high, but thats a given.

We probably do. Just that were are recruiting players much younger than the U18s team where the current performance issues are based.

Vokins the 15 year old LB looks very promising. Tidy on the ball and playing against Walker-Peters who is near the Spurs first team squad.

Gallagher looks so short of whats needed. Shame to see as he looked so promising previously.
