I hope it is their fans...

Puncheon right, De Ridder left.
-
He is definitely more of a centre back that can play at LB. Perhaps later in the season we could field a back four of Danny's just for fun. Danny Butterfield Danny Seaborne Danny Collins Danny Fox Could also then loan out Martin and/or Jaidi to get some matches once Jos is back.

Journalist says season long loan.
-
Mirror journalist said he thinks its for the rest of the season.
-
Scored 3 in 16 for Ipswich earlier in the season and linked with a move to Bolton last week. Sensible loan.
-
According to Mirror journalist on Twitter. Would be great cover for Jos while injured. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Collins

Quality press conference on Saints Player. Lee sounds very defermined to be the first successful Japanese player in England and said he picked Saints because they really wanted him and Adkins genuinely cared about him. His aim is a goal a game! Adkins thinks he will be a very good player, clever movement and intelligence, perhaps a younger Connolly? Also said he has linked well with Lambert in training. Lee has brought lots of Japanese rice with him haha.

Adkins says Jos out and Fonte back in training Also Seaborne back training on Monday! But will take it easy at first.

Keeper yes but not Lewis. Ever.

About 5 years ago. Wouldnt be in our first XI.
-
Guly had it last year and he took 10 which Puncheon had.

Lee is 19 on the OS....

I don't think the guys who write that stuff know what is happening with transfers until they are told... -
Is the attitude stuff a bit of a myth because I thought he always seemed to give 100% and even when getting booed and not playing well still actively wanted the ball. Worth remembering as well that all our team was rubbish then at the start of last season. The end of the previous season he was playing brilliantly.

Can never have too many quality strikers. Lee will take time to settle anyway!
-
He is a decent player and will help us, so lets put the past behind us!
-
With doubt over Jos there is no way I would play Jose. Lee should start, Lallana no even if fit and the likes of Butterfield, JWP and De Ridder should start. Need to prioritise the league. Cardiff have no game Saturday.

A couple of comments from the Mirror journalist Nixon when I asked on the Still waiting. Lask of progress a bit puzzling. Maybe one of their other targets has become available. I would have put my house on it happening yesterday. Fortunately I didn't. Still rate it 60-40 to happen. There hasn't been further talk today. Soo I don't know why not because nobody has moved it on. Sharp would go. No problem. So, I hope we are just playing a clever game....and get a good result.

Updated : Tadanari Lee Set to Sign
Saint Charlie replied to Matthew Le Tissier's topic in The Saints
Good news that he is in the country, should def give him at least 45mins at Millwall to start getting used to the English game and then bench vs Cardiff -
For me the reason our form has downturned is that at the start of the season we lined up with four genuine goal threats (a combo of Rickie, Lallana, Guly, Connolly and Chaplow). More recently due to injury we have only played with three. Subsequently the attacking movement of our wide players has been negated because we have a genuine attacker only on one side (Lallana usually). I think once Chaplow returns, or indeed GUly can go back to right side of midfield and Tadanari Lee or anyone else can partner Rickie, we will hopefully see a return to the attacking fluidity of before. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Further point, with Lee on board it could be argued that we are actually more in need of a genuine wide player than a striker....
-
I'm sure we have met the asking price if this bid exists. The Mirror journo said its all down to personal terms. Sharp has a low release clause in his contract which was activated in January.
-
He was our MOM vs Forest last weekend, but we can't rely on him. He is a great option to have around though.

Cardiff had a bid of 500k turned down for Phillips yesterday. Not suprised!
