Huge fine, points deduction but we remain in the final then.

Tonda looks like he's been beaten in this photo. In the words of Richard Littlejohn 'the yumane rights lawyers will be all over this.'
-
If we were being kicked out I'm pretty sure we'd have heard about it by now.
-
You jest but......

As balance there is one pretty level headed guy who is swimming against the tide by suggesting them losing had nothing to do with the spying and more to do with the fact that they couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo, got on top in the game and then failed to finish us off and said it's what they've been doing game after game. It goes without saying that he is getting pelters from the rest of the knuckle draggers.

All you can say is, from a blockbuster Hollywood movie aspect, the guys who bought Wrexham bought the wrong club.
-
Bit of a stretch isn't it.
-
There you go. That's how easy Will Salt could have made it for himself. The fact that he didn't take one of the many options that might have avoided all this is very suspicious in itself.
-
Bit late in the day for that 🙂
-
The opposite for me. Which causes more turmoil if announced late a) us being kicked out or b) fine and points deduction?
-
Did they say which Wednesday? Asking for a friend.
-
Was that among the charges? Didn't know that 🙂

Here's another thought. We know Boro's training pitch is there for any Tom, Dick or Will to view. Assuming our Will was stood there looking through his phone what would the first question to him have been? Something along the lines of, 'Oi, what you doing? you can't film here.' Wouldn't he then have said, 'Sorry, I didn't realise that' then calmly stuck his phone in his pocket and walked away. They must get dozens of people watching and trying to take photos of pro footballers. Yet our bloke is immediately identified as a spy. Something super dodgy about all of this.

It's more feasible than some of the stuff I've read.
-
100% agree, it's as ridiculous and trivial as that. Mountains and molehills spring to mind.
-
Some good points and this is why I still think there is something in the honeytrap theory. The OTT faux outrage from Boro has been astounding in my view. It is not in keeping with what we are led to believe happened unless there is far more to it that has not come out yet. They have stoked up an absolute frenzy of bile and hatred towards us which doesn't seem in keeping with the alleged offence ie a young intern standing in plain site with a fucking phone camera to his eye spying on players training about 200 yards away.
-
But would the EFL have already seen all the evidence from both sides which is my point. If so maybe they've made an educated assumption that kicking us out will not be on the table.
-
I can't believe it is still possible we will get kicked out at this late stage. Imagine the fall-out. Surely the EFL have had the evidence from both sides for days now and will have considered whether there is enough to warrant kicking us out. If they felt there was this would all surely have been expedited with utmost urgency to get a verdict. Instead we've got to Tuesday and all we hear is that a remote meeting is taking place at the moment. Might be way off the mark but this smacks to me that we'll get a substantial fine and maybe a points deduction.

Yes, I think Will Salt is the guy in the photo. I'd be absolutely astonished if it's not him.
-
You're starting to repeat yourself now. Never a good sign.
-
May have missed it but I haven't heard or read any other team officially stating we spied on them.
-
They took a photo of him stood by a tree on their training ground. Unless you're saying that was computer generated 🙂

This won't fly. Negligence will not be accepted as a mitigating factor in my opinion.
