Do you not get by now that SR is a large part of the problem? Ankersen is an arrogant man who is not nearly as clever as he thinks he is and all his theories have gone up in smoke. If anybody seriously thinks SR is going to improve this football club they need to give their head a wobble because they are the problem not the solution. To replace Ralph with someone like Jones was an mistake of enormous proportions. Dragan needs to ditch SR along with the useless Semmens and appoint people with a bit of nous and pedigree before he sees the club and his investment go down the drain. The longer SR remain in charge the worse things will get.

Absolutely spot on. Ankersen is too smart for his own good. Unfortunately he has fooled Dragan into buying into his crap and we are the guinea pig club that is suffering. Time for Dragan to ditch SR now along with Jones and Semmens and bring in a regime who know what they are doing. People seem to be missing the point that the club is owned by Dragan - it's his money on the line so if he wants Jones and even SR bombed out then they will be. He surely won't sit on his hands while this lot burn through his investment. Time you acted Dragan.

Does anyone think Dragan will sanction spending money on transfers while this idiot Jones is still in charge? It would be madness upon madness. I am sure he will have his finger on the pulse and right now he has some huge decisions to make which will dictate where the club, his club goes from here. It's his money not SR's as far as I'm aware.

They will be forced to sack him for two reasons, 1) if results and performances continue their credibility will be zero and Dragan will either sack them and Jones or insist they sort their shit out and 2) the fans and players will not tolerate it - imagine how many wouldn't renew season tickets with this clown still in charge.

Why would a successful businessman like Dragan leave his investment in the hands of a bunch of frauds like SR? Surely it's in his best interest to bomb them out and appoint people who know what they are doing. I can't believe he'll tolerate it.

Agree and SR have now backed themselves into a corner. They find themselves in a very sticky situation - do they sack Jones or hope that he shows the traits they saw in him that frankly nobody else does? Either way they will surely have some explaining to do to Dragan because they are presiding over a complete mess and have also managed to alienate most of the customer/fan base. Not exactly how they like to perceive themselves and they risk losing a lot if not all of their credibility. Without doubt they have been a disaster for this football club we all love.

Why bring Tella back from a club where he is being well coached to have him coached by Nathan Jones?

This game has zero importance in the grand scheme of things. We'll lose but it matters not a jot.

I don't think it's just about recovering the situation - it's more about stopping him doing any more long term damage. We need the coaching and running of the football club to be back on a more even keel but with NJ in charge we are heading full speed towards the rocks.

In all seriousness it will be less painful for us all to accept that things won't get any better this season and we will be going down. It's the hope that gets you and I no longer have any after the appointment of Jones. It was a massive mistake and an opportunity missed by SR who continue to prove that they have about as much idea of how to run a football club as Liz Truss had of running the country. Along with many others I was excited when RS took over but it's time to accept that they are just a bunch of frauds who pulled the wool over our eyes along with the useless Semmens. I'd love to know what Dragan makes of it all because presumably he'll be the big loser financially. Where we go from here is anybody's guess but let's hope we are not in free fall and can get through this and come out the other side stronger - I won't hold my breath.

It was the correct decision but the owners should have done it in the summer and appointed someone with some pedigree. No need o be smug because Ralph had to go with his record. The fact that RS contrived to cock everything up doesn't make the decision to sack Ralph wrong.

RS need to bite the bullet and admit they got the appointment of Jones horribly wrong. They owe that to the paying fans because they are having the piss taken out of them. Press the reset button, get a new manager in pronto and start spending money in this window. If not we may as well give up. It's a total clusterfuck. Semmens needs to come up with reasons why he chose these charlatans as well instead of hiding in his ivory tower.
