I don't believe NA would be poached by a bigger club cos if he does well, we'll be a bigger club.

The other thing about pulling off a signing like Gaston is that it puts the club in a better position to attract the next level manager. I'm sure that's a factor in this type of signing. As you rightly say though, if Adkins produces the goods he'll stay.

I think the issue is that there is a part ownership thing going on. Seems he's owned 30% by his previous club as opposed to a 30% sell on fee.
