Great news yes, but, saying they've accepted the deduction, what does that really mean? Is it really saying they won't appeal? And does it mean they have assurances that there'll be no more penalties? Perhaps a compromise was reached with the FL?

Hey, we're just people. Take any club, anywhere in the land, and put them in this position and I guarantee this very same thing would be happening with them too.
Opinions differ. Personalities clash.
One client could be a company. We have clients where I work and they're not individuals. If this is the case, to say 'one of the gentlemen' wouldn't be untrue would it? He'd be one of the members of the client.

Still complicated though isn't it? If the Swiss come in and are asked to sign the contract 'as is' then this could mean more points deductions due to inability to produce a CVA. They'll probably argue that -25 makes the club worth less and offer less money.
At the end of the day, what the FL are asking is still 'unlawful'.
