Oh come one, hasn't everyone been paid late at least once in their lives? I see it as both the right to appeal, AND the signing to say we're in admin as being illegal. They're asking us to sign to confirm something that we're not! The way it is now, I expect us to start in L1 on -25, at least. That's if we still exist. We can write off next season.

This is a good point. Yes, MLT is a legend and I'd love for him to be involved with the club, but what credentials does he have to be a chairman of a football club? What business acumen does he have? I'm not saying he has none, I'm just asking. We all know he's a pretty laid back guy, but is that's what's needed in the boardroom? I think I'd rather have him as a director of football so that he can get involved with the squad side of things; players to buy etc etc. We've had chairman sticking there noses into on-the-pitch affairs before and it doesn't work.

It's days (weeks) like this that make me yearn for the days before the internet when you found out something when it was concrete. All this rumour and discussion, whilst fun at the beginning, is doin' me head in!! I guess it'll happen when it happens, and if it doesn't then it's over anyway.

Yeah this is beginning to worry me. You're not gonna get a perfect deal with the FL. It must go deeper than the 10 points. If Pinnacle can get assurances that that will be it and no further point penalties will be applied (lack of CVA etc etc) then I'd say that's the best they can hope for. Can Tony clarify that at all?

When I bought my house back in sept '07 there were 2 issues that cropped up very late in the proceedings. One was that the driveway that gave access to us and our 4 neighbours had not been adopted by the council. This meant that any costs involved due to repair work to the road or to pipework underneath may be incurred by the residents. The second one was the one that really peed me off. A new search that happens nowadays pointed out that we were in the parish of whatnot church and that due to some bygone law, residents of the parish were liable for maintenance and repair to the church. I'm not a church go-er or religious at all and I thought this was downright blackmail. However, we could take out a one off insurance of £75 (I think) that would cover us for however long we owned the house. We bit the bullet on both issues and went ahead and bought the house. Sometimes things just don't work out the way you want them to, and although the issues are hard to drop on principle, the timescale and importance of the matter means you have to just let it go and get on with it. I'm sure I'm not the only one and won't be the last. Get on with it Pinnacle. I've forgotten about it now, and so will you in a years time or so. Here's to better days!

I think this meeting will take the best part of the day. I'm not sure how much Pinnacle will be involved in that meeting as it is a FL meeting. Whatever, if Pinnacle agree to the outcome, then I think we can expect an announcement sometime on tues. I wouldn't hold my breath for an announcement tomorrow. That's just my feeling.
