I thought I'd share a mix I did with you guys. It's called Sofa Utilities and is a choice selection of morbidly obese beats for heads. There are tracks by DJ Shadow, DJ Krush, Beastie Boys, UNKLE, Cut Chemist, Nightmares On Wax and plenty of Mo Wax classics (oh, and the Adhan is in there too) Feel free to download and share. http://soundcloud.com/hilltop_anarchists/sofa-utilities

Zzzzzzz............ I almost wish we were in the play offs.....
-
Anyone got TiVo yet? I've just signed up for it and was wondering what people thought of it.
-
Best Saints goal ever....
-
Do you play out? If so, where? As for a laptop..... one with a processor that can handle all that audio crunching like a core i7. It's pricey, but if you're gigging and earning then you should be investing in your set up. Have you tried using Ableton? My mates swear by it for live performances.

Ok......there is no right or wrong answer.....it's a matter of preference. If pushed for an answer, most fitters would fit the new tyres to the driving axle. As for best brand....... Michelin.

Infamous and Dead Nation will do me nicely!

Didn't Shearer attempt to 'copyright' his goal celebration at some stage? I thought it was shoyte....the windmill arm is heaps better.

15 million? Sell sell sell!!!!!! Personally, I want shot of him. All these rumours, whispers etc are detracting from the TEAM.

Thanks to DSM, I shall be listening to 'Anthems in Eden' in the truck tomorrow. I will also check out 'No Roses'. Thanks for the tips chaps!

Wrong way round mate but I'll double check at work tomorrow.

This is true, and as Dog asked...... yes, even on a front wheel drive car. You are also better off with newer tyres on the back from a safety point of view. If a front tyre blows, you still have some control. If a rear tyre blows you have zero control. The 'best' tyre is dependent on many factors. I currently deliver several tonnes of tyres to fitters all over the south every day. If you let me know your vehicle and requirements I'll do a straw poll of the fitters I see and get back to you.

Who sang Great Gig at that gig? Was it Clare Torry?
-
I am very envious! I saw him at Wembley Arena on the Radio KAOS tour; it was one of the best gigs I've ever been to.
-
I thought as much. Thanks for checking.

I tried to sign in and it said that psn is undergoing maintenance. There was no option to change my password. I've just noticed that several people in the UK are saying that psn is down again. Are you still online Dune?

I know where you're coming from Bexy. I'm a lorry driver and I've recently got into audiobooks as an alternataive to music. Don't get me wrong, I love music and have a vast collection but sometimes it makes a pleasant change to listen to something different. If you are a torrent user (which I am not, and do not advocate and neither do Saintsweb etc etc) you may find many audiobooks. I know of someone who is currently listening to the entire BBC full cast dramatisations of the Sherlock Holmes canon. He has also recently downloaded over 30 BBC Agatha Christie plays. He justifies the downloading of these torrents by telling me that these were all originally broadcast on Radio 4 and as a licence fee payer he feels that he has already paid for them. I couldn't possibly comment on whether he is morally right on this one or not. You could also try checking out the Audible website. You will find 1000s of audiobooks available there. It is really easy to use and the selection is phenomenal. There are many recent books as well as live comedy shows etc. There is usually an introductory offer where you can download one free book to start you off. Finally, remember that many classic literary works by the likes of Dickens, Poe, Austen etc are no longer covered by copyright laws, and as such you will find audiobooks of these greats are freely available. I have an app for my android phone that lets me download and listen to 1000s of audiobooks for free. HTH.

It would be interesting to know if any of the 92 come anywhere near breaking even at the moment. Is this info collated anywhere?

Are there other types of gimmickly hip hop that are racially specific? My wife is Asian and is a mature student studying counselling and psychotherapy; could you recommend some gimmicky hip hop that targets her particular demographic? Thanks in advance.
