Jackson (AKA Lifelongsaint,as he was known then) was adamant and kept alluding to the fact that Beckham would be somehow involved in the, then, takeover at SFC . Be it brought in by the new owners in some capacity Jackson came across as being as mad as a box of frogs.

Great day,i long for days like that to return. The summer of '76 is the best i have ever known. Thanks for helping me to recall those memories,if just a tad painful given the current predicament we find ourselves in. Onwards and upwards.

Tonight:drink cider,first cold one is going down nicely. Saturday:wake up with a stiffy.shopping,cleaning,drink cider at a party get another stiffy at the party. Sunday:wont be able to muster a stiffy so will chill and listen to the footeh with a hangover.Drink Cider. Monday:Knock one out.
