  13. actually no. I agree that most people do but there will be a number who want one but dont get around to doing it. Good marketing reminds people that they want one, its at a good price, its easy to do and by doing it will give them a "feel good factor". so the OP is right, the club should ring up or make contact to see if they can talk the person into buying.

    I actually feel sorry for my Pompey mates. Football is also about the banter. they have pulled my leg over the last few weeks and I will pull theirs over the next few weeks. But whilst I wish their football club many defeats and relegation it is better there is a PFC than no PFC.
