Great news, great read and very pleased to hear from Tony Clearly his team has a lot to do. Is it worth setting up a sticky for questions and another for ideas on ticketing pricing, improvements to the club etc. The sticky not for debate but just for collecting ideas.

can the deal be done in quicker than 21 days? and what happens after the 21 days will it take time to draw up contracts, pay the money?

I hope the Transition team has some great football brains, some great business skills, some great marketing skills to wake up sleepy Southampton and respect for the fans who have given a lot and suffered more. good news we often focus on the players but there will be a lot of people at SMS earning modest incomes. Perhaps there should be an article on the OS about the back office staff pleased that a deal is nearly done.

I find there is little to relax about. Employees not getting paid is never a good sign. your post mentions "may" and "could" after 50 days in administration, hardly very concrete unless you know more than you are saying.

if there is money on the table, why are the creditors not accepting it? If it goes on much longer there will only be the breakup value of the club left.
