  1. You're fu_cking mental.
  2. Ings or Berhino. Both doable. Both fit the bill. Sunderland wouldn't sell Defoe, it would cause a riot on Wearside. Lambert? LOL.
  3. Well beaten by a very good side. Wouldn't be shocked to see them win the league. As for the fat troll from Austria. Just disappear back to your mars bar multi packs and your kids in a cellar as you know fu_ck all about football and as CB Fry points out, you're wrong every single time you obese cu_nt. Seems fair.
  4. Kingsland, Northam side of 1/2 way. £30 the pair. Looks very unlikely my lad & I can make it down. st16sfc@gmail.com or @s13sfc
  5. I thought Cedric excellent last season but too many whingers had a downer on him because he wasn't Clyne, who was, bar the last 1/2 of his last season, also excellent for us. What I saw of Cedric through the summer and up until his injury, he's been outstanding. The same cannot be said of Clyne. The only player I'd want back is Toby as he'd suit our new style of play.
  6. Better than Martina yes. Better that Cedric no.
  7. Czech national railway website. It's cheaper to buy them from them as a return than doing it via the German one. Train takes 3hrs 30mins. I think return train for 2 of us was around the 50 quid mark.
  8. Did Jill marry Double 0 Nothing who worked on the rigs?
  9. That was a thing of beauty.
  10. There are some very cheap Ryanair flights from Stansted into Nuremberg and then a cheap and fast train into Prague. We are doing this route ourselves. Flights for my nipper and me came in at less than £40 for the pair of us.
  11. My mind is a bit muddled due to age but didn't Jill marry someone she met on here and for some odd reason I thought that person was Saintlee? I remember Catgate. IIRC, which I doubt, it was a very, very expensive Persian. Dark Sotonic Mills was an excellent poster and I still think that it's the best username ever.
  12. I was told in the summer that MS was going to Everton for £25m but then JM told him to stay at Utd and prove he was good enough. It would appear that JM has made the decision that he's not. If Utd go in for Drinkwater don't be surprised to see Morgan heading in the opposite direction.
  13. Only a fool thinks that none of the big boys will be in for him and you're not one of them. Saints, or any club of our size, would struggle to turn down a £50m offer IMHO. I'm hoping he stays for another season and if he then moves it's to the like of Barca/Bayern but move he will and for big money it'll be for.
  14. No one can doubt RK achievements with Saints but I never really warmed to him or his tactics and sure some utter dirge under him, away at WBA and Norwich spring straight to mind. CP, however, I'm liking. I don't know what he's done or how he's done it but he's got Saints playing some wonderfully fluid football where everyone is looking for the ball and wanting to attack. He's prepared to take risks with the youngsters, something RK would never do and it strikes me that he hasn't a "big" move in mind where as we all know/knew RK really wants the Barca job. Yes we will hit rough patches and the usual cu_nts wll be calling for his head but he's certainly impressed me with the way he's got us playing, squad management and general ethos.
  15. Everton if they're willing to pay the wages or Leicester if Drinkwater goes. I just can't see him coming back to SMS although, like most, I'd welcome him with open arms. Not sure, with the current set up, if he's an upgrade on OR or not but gut says not.

  17. We play some glorious football. Free flowing, fast and incisive. It's fantastic. I cannot believe some tools are questioning Boufal after 2 20min performances. Give the lad a chance but the are most likely the same tools that were calling for the manager to be sacked after the Watford game. VVD and Fonte were immense and Romeu was almost superhuman in his efforts in front of them. Great point after a tough week.
  18. Perhaps not worded the best but I'll stick by the sentiment that 1700 regular away travelers will make a more constant noise in Prague that 7000 did in Milan. Big support often ends up patchy and fragmented.
  19. Saintslist is still in existence and like others I was on it in the mid-90s and then Keith's site and now this. Whilst I find this site, in the main, sh_it and populated by low brow morons, this part of the forum is still a good source of Saints information. For those wondering where Bear is he now posts on Pap's forum (don't bother, it's beyond cr_ap) having, like many, got bored with the racist right wing bigots that can be found on here in their droves.
  20. I think Old Sarum is correct, Prague will be immense as it's likely to be 1700 who "understand" away games. Massive followings do make for patchy support inside the ground but 7000 fans singing OWTS was utterly awesome.
  21. Why is it so hard for people to understand that Austin was signed because everyone knew Pelle was off so this bull about not buying a striker is just that, bull. The biggest gamble tonight, for me, was playing Jrod ahead of Austin. That just didn't work. Personally I thought JWP had an excellent game (bar the last corner) but Martina just looks like someone who has won a competition to play in a match.
  22. Said it better than I. Big occasion but not a big game in the classic sense.
  23. LOL. What a tool.
  24. If you think beating Brighton is a more important game than playing Inter Milan then I pity you. I missed barely a game post relegation and loved every minute of it but this week is what it's all about. A chance to slug it out with the big boys and progress into the KO stages. Just because it's against one of Europe's biggest teams in an iconic stadium doesn't make it any less huge although, no doubt, you despair of the away day tourists.
