Strange how not one teacher on this thread thinks they are hard done by, but, as always you're to bigoted to see that. We are just pointing out that school holidays do not always equate to teachers holidays and the school day does not equate to a teachers working day. That shouldn't be to hard for you to understand.

Gutted. He was a good bloke.

Everyone seems to have the stimulus pack on the PS3, I'm always playing them.

I'll have a mooch for flights for the Saturday game. Quite fancy a weekender. -

He's just a not very bright, live at home with mum, poorly qualified, low skilled neo nazi. If our lives were as sh*t as his I guess we'd all feel as bitter and cheated as he does. He does read so much better on ignore though.

I don't think anyone has ever said there isn't waste. I see it everyday. The problem is that when the cuts come I doubt that they'll be targetted where they should be or be done by the people who know where the waste can be cut!

He was on loan from Man City.
-
You try doing it then.

Countrywide I would suggest that a median of £31k would be about right. I deal with some schools (usually tough ones) where the staff are quite young (U30) and usually stay for 2-3 years and the staffing costs, outside of senior managers, are lower because of it and some schools (leafy nice ones) where the staff are all older (40+) and they've all gone through the threshold and staffings costs are very high.

How dare you make a responable argument!

It's lunchtime on July the 1st and I'm outraged that we haven't signed anyone at all yet. I really don't know why I bothered to renew my season ticket when the club show such a lack of ambition.
-
He's not been teaching long enough to be at that scale. Those salaries would be after 5/6 years service. the "all teacher earn over £30K" quote is factually inaccurate. I'm in the sector myself so speak from experience.

I did notice in the projections that the public sector job losses would trigger even higher private sector job losses.

Give him enough rope Jamie, although, of course, Dune insists he isn't Stanley as Stanley has a lifetime ban for his Nazi supporting views.
-
I'm quite sure Stanley loved the way the Nazis dealt with those with mental health issues what with his beliefs that the Nazis were misunderstood.

I don't disagree as I do the Woolston bit myself. There is the city council carpark by the hovercraft slip, SMS side, which cost about £3 and is only another 200m from the club carparks.

It's the elderly and those with serious illnesses that it is going to effect that are concerned on this thread. I would suggest that the vast majority of us do park for free and walk in but it's that walk that may not be viable for some. There are free/cheap alternatives close to SMS and in my car parking bill was going up by 53% then I'm sure that I would be using those alternatives regardless.
-
Just re-read it after nearly 2 decades. What a work of genius it is. A seminal book of late 20th century America. Am I alone in thinking this?
-
Whilst I don't pay for parking as I park away from the ground and walk in I do understand why those with an illness like 70s Mike, or are getting on in years, like Andoverian, feel as if it is a big issue. Of course, you can park in the public car park by the rowing club next to the old hovercraft slip for a couple of quid and it's only and extra 200m or so from the official carparks.

A pity he's not allowed to sign them then.
