I'm not sure if you are just acting thick but the whole point is that there will be season ticket holders who don't know the tickets are on sale and don't have access to the internet. These will tend to be the older generations. Sending out a renewal notice is SOP across the leagues. Most clubs would send one stating ST details to every non-ST holder on there data base in the hope of generating more sales.

I'm glad someone gets it! If they'd told me months ago that they were going to pull the plan I would have put the money aside as I will now do for next season. Instead I'm given a month to find the cash for my tickets for lose my hefty discount. Thankfully I can afford it but I know families who can't and haven't renewed, and it will tend to be the ordinary families with a number of season tickets that are hit hardest.

We don't need an Army wedded to the tools of the cold warn so the majority of the heavy armour can go. We need some sort of combined Fleet Air Arm / Airforce as air superiority is a must in any conflict but the ground support variants should replace the heavy armour of the army.
