As for those convicted of baby P's murder I don't know what to say about them. I've never been an advocate of capital punishment but sometimes I wonder.

Bigss wasn't in prison because he was dangerous so the harmless old man theory doesn't wash. He was being punished for a crime. If you think people should be let out for health reasons then it should be across the board. Personally I couldn't give a toss where the **** finally dies, he played the wide boy gangster "you wont catch me" character for many years and now at the end wants compassion.
