  1. Finally something we can agree on.
  2. Well I disagree. Ramsdale is a proven premier league keeper and the only reason he didn't move sooner is because he was waiting to see what his options were.
  3. Surely Ramsdale will be in greater demand than Fernandes.
  4. Yes but 'for a relegated club' is the key bit.
  5. I'd say given inflation, the fact he's English and a youngster who has been one of our only bright sparks this season I'd be expecting 40 million as a minimum. Maybe I'm over inflating it and 60 probably is a stretch.
  6. That's probably true. I could see us getting a Dibling sale in early for say £60 million and then driving a harder bargain for the others. I expect all to go eventually but hopefully we identify what we need early.
  7. 25 would do it I reckon you're correct. We won't have a strong negotiating hand after relegation.
  8. It will (rightly in my opinion) be viewed as intimidation. There is no legal requirement for the police to inform her of the complaint and certainly not for them to do it in pairs in person. This follows numerous other occasions where the police have turned up to intimidate individuals for something posted on social media even when no crime has been committed.

He was undoubtedly a psychopath that no one should mourn the death of. I had the misfortune to know of him prior to him moving to Ukraine and getting political. The idea that he is potentially one of the reasons that Trump is mad at Ukraine is laughable.

Sick. To think that some think there's some sort of equivalence here. Hamas are human scum.

Indeed. Grotesque displays of barbarism are not part of the deal. Using kidnap victims as part of their propaganda campaign is disgusting.

Whatever anyone thinks of Ukraine, the fact that America is bringing up coachredpill in serious conversation is absolutely batshit insane.
  13. Good point. That makes all the difference.
  14. Terror attacks in Germany in the past year: @sadoldgit
  15. Half a reserves game.
  16. Do you speak with a measure of itk? Rohl I hope.
  17. My mates were at the game and went to the saints bar at half time never to return. I think more people will opt out of this season.
  18. It's in the legislation. You can be prosecuted for praying in your home.
  19. Agreed. Also, not sure if you saw but CNN followed German police around to go and arrest people for writing something offensive on social media. With increasing amount of these types of activities being criminalosed, the direction of travel is one towards greater clampdowns and more time wasted intimidating non criminals.
  20. Being a nation 99% built on immigration doesn't then mean that you now are obligated to have a terrible immigration policy.
  21. No one has yet been prosecuted. The suggestion was that you could be prosecuted if someone heard you praying and was intimidated by it.
  22. I think they should speak a passable level of English for a start. Any hate preachers who aren't British citizens should potentially face investigation with a view to deportation. Anyone who receives a custodial sentence should lose their right to stay here. Anyone who is unable to support themselves financially should not be able to stay and no one who isn't a British citizen should be able to claim anything but the most basic of benefits. Having said that, individuals who respect the laws and culture and are a net benefit to our society should be very welcome regardless of their colour or nationality. No policy is perfect by any means and that won't stop some abuse of the system but it will be much improved from what it is now.
  23. Like I said, I think there's a case to create more safe and legal routes. Priority should be ensuring that anyone coming in is respectful of our existing culture and has necessary skills that we actually need and will end up being a net benefit to our country.
